I ordered the 6x6 truck then I ordered the V22 Osprey. I got a confirmation number for the Osprey. I didn't get one for the truck I got a message saying the product that I was interested in is selling out fast. So I reordered the truck. About a week later I got a Formula One racecar the next day I received another car. In trying to return the cars I learned I had bought two trucks. No problem with the Osprey as it was a interesting build because the parts were mixed up and every part was in different bags. For two months of trying to get the trucks I finally got one the plastic bag and the box were torn up. Very rough handling. The two cars were shipped in boxes and they were in great condition. Why two different shipping methods? After a spotty email attempt to resolve the issue someone finally stayed with the email until it was all resolved.

I ordered and paid for a model advertised on Facebook on Dec.6, 2025 with a 5 to 6 day delivery . It is now Christmas eve , Dec. 24,2025 and several attempts in the past couple of weeks to find out where my order is and like others on these reviews , NO RESPONSE from any of their contact points. Guess we all got taken by an on line scammed, and probably nothing we can do . But I am going to try to pursue this matter .

Ordered and paid for a Christmas present for my son on 25th November said 4-6 days delivery, to date no delivery. 3 messages sent and no response to either. Fuming. Looks back in October that things were hunky dory. Maybe Xmas rush??!

I ordered a model vehicle received confirmation of order took my money now three weeks no response to three emails this company is a scam don't order any product

I ordered a vehicle kit from speed brix on October 31. It said 4 to 6 days delivery. Next day I received a. confirmation of order message, but I’ve never received any tracking information nor any package. It is now been well over three weeks and I have sent two messages asking for information about the order. I’ve received no response from the company.

The item shown was clearly described and had multiple pictures and a video. The price was very reasonable and the communication regarding my order and shipping was prompt. The shipping was very fast with a tracking number to follow progress. I am very pleased with not only my purchase but the company. I would recommend this company for purchases.
