800 zloty for 3 hours for a cleaning that an armless infant could do.
They didnt even touch the window sills or anything that wasn't obvious.
The floor was still full of dust on some spots as if they ignored it.

A lot of things went well
Almost everything went well! At the end there are some powder left on the surfaces, but it wasn't a big deal. But also, white stains left on the bathroom floor after cleaning.

Satisfactory
Satisfactory, but only just. I booked 2 cleaners for 4 hours to deep clean a 140m2 home including window and fridge cleaning. I specifically pointed out the upstairs bathroom and the walls as being the priority.
Overall, the cleaning standard was as I would expect for a regular clean, not a deep clean. Despite walls and bathroom being mentioned as a priority, only specific areas I highlighted were addressed. Anything I didn't specifically highlight were left, including dust along the top of the skirting boards and certain grout lines in the shower. The windows were cleaned, though their were still noticeable streak marks.
On the positive, the cleaners were very friendly and professional. The fridge was cleaned to a high standard and areas were tidied well. They did ask me to review their work and point out any additional areas before they left, and while I did point out the most problematic areas, we were already overtime at that point and I didn't want to risk being charged extra as this was already a fairly pricy service.

Bad value for your money
First the positive, the cleaners were very nice.
The negatives, firstly the cleaning team showed up without vacum, cleaning supplies and mop that i had ordered, this was removed from my bill.
Then they had to come back a second day to wash the fridge and windows, I was not charged for them coming back.
Everything looked nice and clean, but when I started moving furniture and looking in the cabinets there was several places that had not been touched.
When you pay for a deep clean and things are just surface level cleaned, you dont feel you got your value as the deep clean states quite clearly that it will do cabinets and harder things to clean.
Second day one of the cleaners came back for windows and fridge she brought a friend and this made my girlfriend very uncomfertable as the cleaning service guarantees the honesty of their employees we knew nothing of this friend.
Not happy with the result and feel I did not get value for my money.

LAST MINUTE CLEANUP AFTER HOLLIDAYS
After coming from a long trip. I had a last minute clearning with 2 PAX for 5 Hours, one really focused on the iroining and the second one was to clear the whole appartment. The one assigned to clean the apartment did not finish the tasks, no vacuum, no mopping and all the cleaning supplies around the house. After I complained to the managment team and shared the pictures, he sent someone to finish the cleaning as I paid a bit over 300 USD. Now my house is up and running after such long break.

They had to do fast and clean
they took lot of time to clean just bathroom and kitchen, and that too bathroom taps also not cleaned, and bathroom glass they cleaned ,but not the walls.

The most awful support service
The most awful support service I've ever met. It looks like they tried to make issue solving and conversation as difficult as it possible instead of helping solve situation. I faced troubles with communication from the time I ordered cleaning to the final payment.
I just wonder if this troubles are in company policy, support quality or company really doesn't care about retention.
Basically all stars are for cleaning was provided in apartment. It was provided in pretty good level, communication with cleaning person was in quite good level.

Good cleaning, rude client service
The ladies did a good job cleaning. But I would not hire the company again. After paying a deposit, I was not sure how/when I should pay the rest. Neither were the cleaning ladies. As there was no clear communcation from the company, so I paid the cleaning ladies. Soon after that I got a call from an unpleasant men from the company, who berated me for paying them. Overall, very unpleasant experience and I will not work with them again.

One more time I am disappointed.
I have several complaints.

4. One of the cleaners didn't take off her shoes before and even after the cleaning. So cleaning of the floor loses it's sense.
5. The cleaning itself was completed one hour before the booked time.
Unfortunately, it's not the first time I am not satisfied with the provided services.

Barely OK
The cleaning team should com at 8 but one of them arrived half an hour late. The should bring a vacuum cleaner and a mop but they didn’t. They have only 2 cleaning products and some cloths. One of the product left a sort of dust everywhere. It took much longer to clean since they were not equipped and I had to ask them to redo a lot of parts since they were not clean (hair and dust still there). Would not recommend.

The girl was nice and polite, still I needed a professional treatment
The girl was nice and polite, in general she did good (for example if I were asked for a general light cleaning); but I wanted specific professional treatment for specific areas in bathroom and only bathroom; which means I were very specific, and there are still infected spots (images attached in email.)
Also I don't think the girl had enough cleaning materials as I asked in submitted request, she asked me for some materials. I wanted someone professional to come with their own specific professional treatment cleaning products for the specific infected spots which I don't think had happened.

Cleaning took longer than expected, the service was great, the cleaning was amazing, but she also did more than originally asked of her when she arrived.
