Good budget product.
Wifi performance is much better than I expected for a unit of this size, encryption speeds are reasonable.
I mainly just want it for Netflix and blocked websites and it was perfect for this application.

Hands down, the single BEST way to protect your family on the Internet. There are so many options and different ways to filter based on your specific needs. You can easily block all traffic based on time of day, block only specific sites, block all sites except those you specifically permit, etc. Furthermore, Spider VPN Tech Support is second to none. I ALWAYS receive a response from their email support system in less than 24 hours and usually within two. Have never had to use telephone support so I can only imagine it’s even better. You simply can’t go wrong here.

So far so good, I'm very impressed in all areas of the service and hardware (Pro version). I had a bad experience a few years ago with VPN services and aware that it can be complicated and the speeds very restricted, so I was naturally sceptical about anyone selling a VPN service. As it turns out, i needn't have been, from start to finish it has all been a dream to install. This is how it goes : plug and play! Simples. You recieve the pre-configured router, connect it to your existing router, then connect to it. Done. No hassles. I did have a small concern but it was instantly resolved via live chat and a quick remote session. So far it has been solid. The signal reaches my third floor and can stream HD with no buffering or lag at all. At the moment I keep checking that I'm still connected to the Spider router as still can't quite believe it's that good. One benefit was concerned with was with my smart home devices, because Spider provides an additional secured network, you can chose which devices to connect to it as and when. I didn't want to or feel the need to disrupt them, for example... Smart heating and Alexa operated devices. A seamless experience so far. If you are thinking of getting a VPN service and don't know where to start, I recommend SpiderVPN. Seems like they really want to establish a good business by providing a decent service.

Been using this service for about a month now the router is brilliant no loss of internet speed at all very quick . easy setup and amazing customer service I'd recommend this highly remember always stay safe online I'd rate it ⭐⭐⭐⭐ thanks guys a great sevice all-round

I have been using the service for about 2 months so far it has been very good and not slowed down my download speeds to much.

I was excited about the prospect of using Spider. I went for the Pro router and all the bits and paid.

Long story short - it arrived, I set it up as instructed. The network is visable but you can't go online!

I did EVERYTHING possible to get it up and running. What little help was given by Spider customer care was useless and it is still unresolved...

I have never been able to use the service so I have no idea if it is any good but after 6 hours of messing around I gave up on the product and company!

I will be cancelling as soon as I get the time.

Strong VPN is excellent on the other hand! I use it on all my devices and it is superb!

NB - They then tried to get this review kicked!

I had a few teething issues but these guys have the patience of a saint... There customer service is nothing like I have seen before. Absolutely amazing company and I am a very happy customer and will stay with them for a long time to come. So easy just plug the router in and your away. If you are considering a VPN then these are the guys for you. An amazing team who have helped all the way and always ready to help you with your issues.

Asked about having time limits as I limit my daughters internet access. It hadn't been a feature they had but within hours (three at most) they had implemented the new feature for me! Absolutely amazing customer service and have had zero issues. Love my Spider VPN and can't recommend highly enough.

Great service... had a problem and was talked through the fix in 5 mins...

I had trouble setting up but Spider sorted me out and I am very happy, it's still a learning curve as I am new to VPN.

So far so good 😁

Still waiting on my refund this company is 100% rip off and con you out of your money.
