Donc passé les 21 jours je les recontacte et me dis presque la même chose mais en plus qu'il y a beaucoup de demandes et qu'ils faut patienter encore. Pas plus de détails. Il me font tourner en rond. Spinland me dégoûte j'ai envie de vomir. A cause d'eux ou peut être grâce à eux j'ai peur de jouer à d'autres sites. Mais je ne vais pas les lâcher. Si vous avez d'autres propositions de démarches à faire pour pouvoir encaisser ce qu'il me doit je suis preneuse.

They wanted pictures of the front and back of my bankcard. Nothing blanked out pictures of my ID card and my face five working days to withdraw money pure con trying to pinch peoples identities.

Scam site, said to deposit £10 for 150 free spins. Then they said I did not opt into the bonus when firstly there is nowhere to opt into the bonus and secondly it said nothing at all about opting in on the terms and conditions, I screenshotted and showed them proof and they still refused to budge. Will be requesting a chargebakc with my bank for my £10

Just received 600 payout from spinland. It's took a day a and half , the. Straight to my rev account. Been with them a few years. This was probably the most I won I bet low. Was worried with bad reviews on paying out. But I shouldn't have been worried. Once u confirm ur account and be careful accepting bonuses with a wagering requirement. All is good. Thanks

The same story as other people on this, i withdrew €500 nearly 2 months ago and never got it. What would mess this casino up is if the slot game providers new there games were helping the casino scam people. Do not go a near it, absolute rip off, you go into live chat and it prompts you to send email, they reply saying ints under review. Has anyone actually got paid after a long wait.

I played money, which is part and parcel, which is fine
Took my money completely fine no issues with depositing but as soon as I’ve had a win or then get asked load of questions.
Again this is fine and I answered the questions instantly but two weeks has passed and have heard nothing back about the issue being solved.
I have spoken to many live agents as you can’t call anybody and all I get told is my problem will be escalated. I then send emails and I’ll get told there’s no timescale to resolve the issues and I just need to wait but it’s two weeks and still nothing.
Not only that the email I got two weeks ago about the details that they requested they have sent it again today requesting the same information which is crazy after all of the conversation conversations I have had via emails and live chat.
Such an awful experience and really worrying for new customers or any customers because any issues should have been dealt with before allowing any deposits

I won £80 and proceeded to withdraw it. After I had done this my account was closed because they thought I gambled too much, that was not a problem to me.
