How about I review you when something actually goes wrong and we see whether you try your very best to not pay out like every other insurance company in the world. Filling out website forms is never a "great" experience. But this was reasonably straightforward forward to do.
My specific activity, sea kayaking, wasn't clearly identified in the lists, so I had to email an enquiry. The response was quick and helpful.
