I purchased a Dolu playhouse from Sports direct for my granddaughter, after only a few times of playing with it the doorbell did not work, I wrote to them and was told that the only solution was to return the whole playhouse as they couldn’t replace just the bell - absolutely ridiculous.
I have purchased a bell myself and will never buy from them again

Bought some kit online. Evri seem to have misplaced it. Trying to contact Sports Direct to inform them. All I get is a bot and that is useless. If delivery of goods is not received by Tuesday, I’ll take the matter to small claims and Sports Direct can talk to my bot.

After visiting two different Sports Direct stores on consecutive days, I was left incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service.

At the first store, I struggled to find any staff available to help. When I finally approached a group of colleagues who were chatting, I was told someone would be over to assist me "in a minute." After waiting for an extended period with no one showing up, I decided to leave. As I exited, I informed the staff that they clearly didn't want my money.

The following day, I visited a different branch, hoping for a better experience, but was met with the same poor service. The only available staff member was standing on the stairs, seemingly trying to avoid customers from both floors while they were on their phone.

Given my two recent experiences, it's no surprise that the company has thousands of negative reviews. I will not be shopping at Sports Direct again, and I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a positive shopping experience consider going elsewhere.

The delivery charges are ridiculously high, and on top of that, they even make you pay to return items if the size is wrong. Total rip-off — buyers beware!

Such a bad service . Orderd trainers online and paid 4.99 delivery fee.. size was too small, even though I orderd the right size I wear. So I had to return..
there was no return service in store Bcz they said I purchased online so return has to be online only..
paid again 4.99 for return … what the hell .. just paid £10 for nothing .. such a crap company .. stay away

Charge for delivery is to expensive plus you get charge for sending faulty goods back! Shocking! Buyers beware of the shabbiness of this company before spending your hard earned cash to receive rubbish:)

Til min store overraskelse kunne jeg ikke få pengene retur – kun et tilgodebevis.

Det virker helt useriøst!
Havde jeg købt det samme online, havde jeg haft 14 dages fuld returret med pengene tilbage på kontoen.

Hvorfor denne forskel? Som kunde føler man sig altså snydt, når de fysiske butikker ikke giver samme fleksibilitet.

Charge 4.99 for online order to be delivered to the store and 4.99 for returning online order, waste of money

I had a very disappointing experience at Sports Direct Feltham on Saturday, 13th September, around 5:35 PM. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, and sadly, the manager’s behavior was even worse. There was no warmth, friendliness, or basic courtesy shown towards me. Instead, their attitude was dismissive and disrespectful.
I bought a pair of sliders, but they did not provide even a basic polybag. When I asked, I was spoken to rudely and told I had to purchase a £2 bag if I wanted one. It wasn’t about the bag—it was the way they spoke to me, which was unacceptable.
To make matters worse, when I asked for the manager’s name, he very rudely refused, saying, “It’s personal, I won’t say.” This is highly unprofessional and made me feel as though he was afraid I would report his attitude—which I now am doing.
As a customer, I left feeling frustrated, annoyed, and disrespected. I strongly urge higher authorities at Sports Direct to investigate the behavior of staff and management at this branch. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism—none of which I experienced during my visit.

order a pair of trainers from online in the sale and have received the trainers however they have already been worn.The soles are grey, i peeled off the stickers and you can see that is should be white. i have tried contacting there customer services but not had a response, I need to return them and get a refund!

A truly shocking experience that has left me £80 out of pocket. Do not order products online from this company and join my campaign to persuade all credit card companies to refuse to serve them, to avoid other people being scammed out of money. I ordered two pair of trainers at a cost of £80 on 21 July. I was given a latest delivery date of 29 July, which was fine as I needed the trainers before leaving on holiday on 6 August. When the trainers did not arrive by 29 July I called Sports Direct who could give me no assurance whether or when the trainers would arrive. On 7 August Sports Direct, after multiple emails, finally agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund, that I was told would arrive by 17 August at the latest. The refund has still not arrived and Sports Direct will not respond to any communication.

Ordered a man utd shirt for my son. First one they managed to lose, then they ordered a replacement turned up without the name or 10 on it.asked crawley store where I collected from if they could sort it out,they said no its direct you will have speak to customer service or pay additional £12 for them to do it even thou there the same company.
A total joke manager no help, Customer service.....what happen to the customer is always right

Paid extra for faster delivery as my son needed the boots for a match this week.
Latest delivery was yesterday evening - nothing arrived (confirmed by our Ring Doorbell cameras) - but SD claim that the delivery was made!
Had to deal with the frustrating 'chatbot' mode of what they laughably call 'customer service' but received no resolution to the issue.
Completely unsatisfactory - if I never use Sports Direct again it will be too soon.

Jeg er rystet over at det skal tage en hel uge at pakke 3 par sko og et par trøjer, og efterfølgende endnu en uge om at levere!

Jeg har modtaget pakker sendt fra Timbuktu hurtigere end det her🤯

Da firmaet lå i UK kunne man bestille søndag og modtage sine ting torsdag-fredag.
Tidligere fik man også gratis fragt ved køb over et beløb men det er slut nu, og ift deres “behandlingstid” gider jeg simpelthen ikke returnere den ene trøje der var for lille, så den er foræret væk allerede.

Det her gider jeg ikke en anden gang, så det var sidste gang!

Ordered some trainers weeks ago, still not arrived! Trying to get through to customer service is like dragging your balls across broken glass!

Terrible.

Not only you need to pay £5 for the delivery, regardless how much you spent, and also you have to pay for return even its not out of your fault!
Terrible in store service as well.
Rubbish shop

I ordered a pair of football boots on sale and shin pads with next day delivery using evri. I didn’t receive the parcel on the next day and was told it was delayed until the day after. I did not revive the parcel then so contacted sports direct via email and there online chat system. I was told on the chat system that there’s nothing they can do u til I revive my parcel. It then took another 4 days for me to contact again about still not having my parcel to which they told me it was lost in transit and if I want a refund or a replacement. They couldn’t offer me a replacement so had to refund the product I got on offer which is no longer on offer. Very poor communication and resolution is not good enough .

I have ordered two duvets of 29.99 each. But i received only one with different size and quality. Their service team is not responding on chat and email. So i am at loss of 59.98 pounds. I am still trying for refund.

I have received wrong products previously also. But this time its huge loss.

Not even 1 star, payed for next day delivery and they try and deliver my parcel at 9 o’clock on a Sunday morning, not to mention they didn’t even ring the bell. Now I have to go to the shop and pick it up. Thats a waste of 11.99 for next day delivery. Won’t be using again.

The biggest mistake to use online shopping with this shop. They use Evri (another 1* review from me), request £5 for the cheapest delivery and to collect from the shop, then they lose my parcel. To contact with the customer service is a massive pain. After 10 minutes taken away from my life the online chat says they disconnect me because they are busy (understandable after this service they provide). So you try again, once you get to somebody they are nice and answer almost every question. They said they will resend my parcel again. I was happy with it until the next 5 minutes when I got the email they don’t have it on stock anymore. I don’t understand how the customer service didn’t see it is out of stock????? So I was waiting my refund. I gave them more than a week, still no money. I contacted with them again (same pain to contact) and turned out they still didn’t issue the refund. One of the worse online experience in my life.
