Initially asked some questions regarding product through the site and then made order. Product looks good so far and arrived without issues. Everything went well. Haven't tried the netting out yet for my golf cave but looks good and what I was expecting.

We ordered wall matts
We ordered wall matts. They come with a hanging bracket. The box for the hanging brackets was empty. We have yet to receive the brackets. It has nt been easy to have this problem rectified.

I have now ordered two crash pads for my home climbing wall. The pad arrived extremely quickly, customer service was prompt and helpful, and the product itself is top quality. Would order again in a heartbeat.
