Today i am so touched by Michell from…
Today i am so touched by Michell from you team. I think she is on leave based on the email's reply. I have difficulties with the channel manager and OTAS system, when i raised my issues in our property's chat group, she just offered to call me back and also she go for the extra mile by helping me to explain how the SG taxes work in Booking.com. As a hospitality customer services, that should be the way, the world is too small, like i always remind my staffs, be a professional while working in the company, you may meet someone that who used to work with your ex colleagues before. Excellent support
We use Staah channel manager software to manage our multi listing vacation rentals. Easy, simple and very efficient to use, no more problems with overbookings. As a bonus they have an amazing costumer service always ready to help with whatever you need. Not to mention that they are very kind and patient when we need to contact them with a problem that is tottally technical and we are not very knowledgeable. Before we used other channel manager which support team used to reply days after our request. With Staah everything is sorted out in the same day. Plus we have an account manager who calls from time to time to know if their service is ok or if we need any help. We couldn't be happier with the whole service they offer and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent channel manager!
