Extremely impressed with my Stage Zero…
Extremely impressed with my Stage Zero solar system. The installation was exceptionally neat and professional and looks impressive.
The service has been next-level from start to finish, and the app is really great to use to monitor and track the performance.
The best part is the savings on the electricity bill. Our electricity bill has dropped from over R4,000 per month to under R1,000. At that rate, the system practically pays for itself.
Highly recommend Stage Zero.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Stage Zero Solar System. Their one-day installation service was excellent, and the staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. We are very satisfied and definitely not looking back. Highly recommended!

Cannot deliver what they promise
As a rule, I have never taken this route before, but I am warning residents about Stage Zero. Just make sure from your side their calculations on the size and type of system is 200% accurate, otherwise they will hold you accountable. I am sure there are hundreds of satisfied clients out there, but be cautioned if the luck is not on your side and they make calculation errors.
They will not engage with you. You will only get a summons.

We had trouble with system not working and after a few calls to the call centre and technicians to be send out to us ROMANO SAVED THE DAY !!! He can get an increase and part of the technicians pay. He guided me (super friendly and patiently) through a lot of buttons and lights flickering till we finally saw the LIGHT. Thank you ROMANO

Pricing and accounts
Pricing and accounts. Have my 2 year contract which was paid on time every single months.
Unfortunately my unit was stollen and I had infirmed stage zero. Feedback was that after the 1year ant 4 months of use Stage Zero send me a outstanding amount of R6000. A brand new identical to their unit cost is R5999.
Also received numours call that their calculations is that I owe them R38 and needed immediately payment whilst I was in credit to my record.
Clients to take note of the close out clause pertaing when you need to submit back the rental back to Stage Zero

I trust you're doing well.
Your Stage Zero UPS rental agreement automatically continues under these key terms unless you actively cancel:
Automatic Rollover: After the initial period, it seamlessly shifts to a month-to-month basis.
No Lock-In: Full flexibility with no long-term commitments or ongoing usage penalties.
Cancellation Notice: Provide 30 days' written notice via the customer portal or call centre.
Early Termination Fees: R250 (Volta 40) or R650 (Volta 500/700X) plus courier fees if cancelled before the term ends.
What You Pay For: The monthly rental covers the UPS unit, priority support, free maintenance (including replacements as needed), and courier collection/replacement—all with zero upfront costs.
Equipment remains Stage Zero's property. Full terms are in your portal or reply for a copy.
