I tried to buy two 20 dollar cards and once I paid and verified everything I went to go look at my codes ans it would say “sorry this page has been deleted with a robot”

Took two hours out of my pre-christmas…
Took two hours out of my pre-Christmas life to try and order my son a gift card. Bad enough they were charging $28 for a $200 card, but what ensued were endless questions to authenticate myself. First asked for a picture with my ID, then it wasn't clear enough, sent in a second, then they asked that I also include the order number in the picture, which I did. Now I'm two hours in and they want a video of me holding my legitimate credit card in front of my license with the order number. At that point I was done, canceled it. Seemed like a scam that went on too long. 17 emails and two hours, no card! They did reverse the charge, so I guess no better business complaint, but can this possibly be for real to treat everyone like an international crook? And why the need for a video on top of a picture?

It started off great because I was able to purchase 4 cards. Then I purchased two cards and they both were no good. I emailed them and got the same auto bots response of send pictures, order number. How is the card already redeem as soon as I use it on stream account.
I reach out on Facebook. I can't be the first person with this issue.

Steer clear of this site
This is the second card I’ve bought from them that didn’t work. The first time I bought the Xbox online card for 3 months. It didn’t work. Contacted customer service and they did absolutely nothing. They quit responding to my emails. I figured I’d give them another shot. I know stupid me. Same thing. The card has already been redeemed. This place is a joke. Beware.
