They had a watch that I've been considering for a long time at a good price. It was cheaper than on those watch-apps you can subscribe to. The sale went without problems, and so did delivery.
I am very satisfied with the whole experience, and already plan on buying from them again. -They had even set the watch to the correct time. :)

This watch represented my first foray into owning a mechanical watch as well as my first time ordering an item internationally as Zeppelin is not a major player in the U.S. market.
My first attempt, from a competitor of Steiner, resulted in a long delay, and eventually, a lost package. I reordered from Steiner because the staff took the time to call and detail their process and their choice of shippers (Fedex). Later, when my watch was slightly delayed state-side, staff at Steiner entertained my concerns and went above and beyond to assure me that they had handled all aspects of the shipment promptly and properly. This went a long way to assuage my fears of a further lost package.
The product itself was as described, competitively priced, and packaged very well. While I did pay a little more (tariffs) for this watch, I confess that I am willing to pay a little more in order to support a family business, which I understand Steiner is, as well as to receive excellent service which Steiner provides in spades. I will be returning for a future purchase(s) and I thank the staff at Steiner once again for their adherence to a value that, unfortunately, so many retailers in my home country have lost; that being excellent customer service and exceptional professionalism.

Im Mai 2025 habe ich meinem Mann eine Automatikuhr von Dugena als Geburtstagsgeschenk gekauft. Nach kurzer Zeit zeigte die Uhr deutliche Gangabweichungen von etwa ±2,5 Minuten, teilweise auch mehr innerhalb von zwei Wochen.
Wir haben den Verkäufer darüber informiert und die Uhr zur Überprüfung eingesandt. Nach der Rücksendung bzw. Prüfung war das Verhalten der Uhr aus unserer Sicht weiterhin nicht zufriedenstellend.
Mein Mann geht sehr sorgfältig mit seinen Uhren um, sodass eine unsachgemäße Handhabung aus unserer Sicht nicht wahrscheinlich war.
Etwa ein Jahr später löste sich zusätzlich die Krone aus der Uhr, wodurch sie nicht mehr funktionsfähig war. Wir haben den Verkäufer darüber informiert und um Prüfung im Rahmen der Garantie gebeten. Nach seiner Einschätzung lag kein Garantiefall vor; stattdessen wurde eine kostenpflichtige Reparatur angeboten.
Insgesamt konnten die aufgetretenen Probleme für uns nicht zufriedenstellend gelöst werden.

But beware if you are shipping to the UK there is VAT which was a bit of a disappointment despite the advertising.

Excellent customer service and fast insured delivery. I bought a new Rolex submariner no date. I ordered it via mail from the Steiner boutique in Maastricht NL, and got it sealed with a beautiful emballage, with its documentation full set, in my office in Athens GR next morning. Impeccable communication too. Highly recommended!

Despite claiming that no Tax for shipping to the UK was due I was charged 22% between import duties and taxes. Beware, do NOT purchase anything outside of the EU from this shop.
