I have used a number of services from Stephen Rimmer LLP during the past year, including probate, Wills, and for moving house. I have always found them to be very helpful, sensitive and informative when dealing with my affairs. Especially during difficult times like probate, when grief is still so much apart of life. We had 2 matters dealt with by them , a flat purchase and a flat sale . Both were appalling experiences . They never bothered to phone or mail without my constantly chasing them . Then they got the completion statements wrong several times . They’re not cheap either.

I was always told someone was away or unavailable and the matter Was being dealt with by someone else . The assistants seemed thorough enough but changed all the time. On a separate occasion my son booked in about a court matter , drove all the way from london , only to be told there was a conflict of interest .
Our matters were dealt with by Steven Judge and Noel Martin .

I had to deliver some papers on one occasion , whilst waiting the receptionist told me at length how she hadn’t been vaccinated and it was all a conspiracy . She said anyone vaccinating their kids, including her sister were child abusers . Really? Hardly appropriate

Stephen Rimmer (Joe Richardson) was excellent, he dealt with my mums probate not only efficiently and quickly, but with kindness too at a difficult time. Also used Stephen Rimmer for the sale of my mums house. Both services were exemplary, as well as very competitively priced. Highly recommended.
