What should have been a very simple order turned into a frustrating and time‑consuming experience.
My usual process is to request a quote via email referencing a previous pro‑forma number and provide a list of names. This time, I received a quote with no reference number and was instructed to make payment via the website. I did so, including a description of the order.
I was then told that a payment had been received without an order and that I needed to place the order online myself. This was unexpected, as this step has previously been handled on my behalf. The result was unnecessary back‑and‑forth emails, turning a five‑minute task into something that took half a day to resolve.
Once the order was finally placed, I was asked again for the list of names — despite these having already been provided in my original email.
Overall, the process lacked clarity and consistency, and placed the burden on the customer to navigate internal ordering procedures. A smoother, more joined‑up process would greatly improve the experience.

I needed a replacement sticker to stick on the inside of my rear car window to notify vehicles behind that I am towing a motorcar behind my motorhome. The original one supplied to fit on the outside of the screen by the tow hitch fitters blew off so has been lost. Had I got another of the same type then Im sure it would have gone the same way. Step in Stickers International who made an internal static secure sticker to my online design which once again works perfectly. I can easily peel it off, placing it back onto to its backing sheet ready again for next time. Excellent job again and at a sensible price. Cheers guys 👍
