Please avoid this company. I placed an order on the 4th Oct. Before ordering, I asked when I would get delivery, they said 15 days. Over a month later, still not received. I have been ignored multiple of times, no replies, this company is a scam! Avoid them at all costs!

Like so many others, I ordered my containers this summer and waited far too long without receiving my package. I have experienced good communication with stockmetic throughout the process, but of course it was not okay that my order took so long to arrive. Now I have finally received my package, which was securely wrapped and everything was in good condition. I am super happy with the products and actually intend to give stockmetic another chance. The outcome next time will determine whether I will use them as a supplier for the future or not. I think it's good to see reviews here on trustpilot. It will give a feeling if the company is a good one or not - I will therefore encourage everyone - also the people with good experience - to tell your story. In my case it started out bad but ended good and I'm happy with the items and have faith this company will get it together for the future.

My bottles showed up in trash bags, scratched and with a metal plate inside of the bags with screws??? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Sad, because the style of bottles is unique. Save yourself stress, delays and money. I wish I could give them 0 stars

Buyer be aware, they don’t follow the claims they actually use on their website( which is ilegal) they say they deliver within 15 days, charge you 61€ for the transport (which is outrageously high) and then you see that the package is not arriving when it should and by any means this is unaceptable, both legally and morally.

Apart from writing this review We will also forward this to our lawyers to write the following lawsuit against them, as this type of horrible customer service and lies needs to stop, and even more if they are gaining money from it.

I advise you to contact a lawyer and do the same, as reviews are good, but the law is what actually will stop them from taking our money.

Ordine effettuato a Luglio e merce non ancora disponibile! La data di rifornimento cambia di continuo. La cosa strana è che mentre c'è la dicitura "2.000 pezzi disponibili dal 23 settembre" con il passare delle settimane il numero cala (per i numerosi pre ordini effettuati nel frattempo). Quando il numero si avvicina allo zero improvvisamente esce la dicitura "data di rifornimento comunicata a breve". Sinceramente penso che la merce in realtà arrivi ma non la spedisca o a tutti perché prendono per errore più ordini! Se non mi arriva subito la merce mi rivolgo ad un avvocato perché è illegale che prendete soldi in anticipo e poi non permettete di annullare un ordine se non rispettate gli accordi!

Eeee insomma...i prodotti sono buoni ( sempre se arrivano, sempre se arriva quello che hai ordinato e sempre se non arriva tutto rotto ). Logistica e organizzazione completamente da rivedere

Just a terrible vendor, we placed an order almost 3 months ago and still cannot collect our order! They keep emailing about their warehouse change, but 3 months, seriously?? I see that here are lots of people with the same issue – do you guys plan to take any legal actions? We will definitely use the legal advisor if they are not giving us our order this week.

I have been waiting for my order for six weeks. The phone is not being answered. Via whatsapp they let you know that they have a new warehouse and they are 'trying' to speed up the process. It is now 3 weeks later and they do not keep me informed at all. I'm almost going to think they're bankrupt. Truly a worthless service and a worthless company.

Cette entreprise rend fou. Cela fait des mois que toutes les commandes mettent énormément de temps à être traitées parce qu'ils sont en train de "réorganiser leur entrepôt". Je passe une commande le 11 juillet, les relance 2 semaines et demi plus tard car la commande n'est toujours pas expédiée et on me dit qu'en fait les stocks en ligne n'étaient pas à jour et que les produits commandés ne sont pas en stock. Je dois donc annuler ma commande et en repasse une autre le 28 juillet avec des produits en stock (600007391). Cette commande n'a toujours pas été expédiée. Cela fait donc 1 mois et demi que j'attends. Toujours la même excuse, "on déménage". Nous perdons tellement de ventes à cause de ces problèmes car nous sommes constamment en rupture de stock. L'un de mes sous-traitants a déménagé son entreprise de 900m2 en automne passé, ils n'ont pas eu 1 seul jour de retard dans le traitement de leurs commandes car ils s'étaient bien organisés. Le service client répond rapidement mais avec des réponses extrêmement vagues, sans jamais donner de délai précis.

I've waited over three weeks on my order and it's not shipped yet.

What a terrible company to deal with. I placed an order in April. During May and June I sent over 200 emails back and forth about our artwork, they kept rejecting it but couldn't explain why or how we could fix it. In July I was promised a mid July delivery. That came and went. In August I was promised a mid August delivery, only to call and find out they are actually closed so couldn't process my order at all. The lack of communication is shocking. Even when you do speak to someone they don't give you any level of detail. I've asked for a refund 4 times now with no follow up. Shocking service, I don't know how they stay in business.

NE COMMANDEZ SURTOUT PAS

Entreprise pas du tout professionnelle, ils vous annoncent de légers retards mais ce sont plutôt d’énormes retards. Étant pressé pour le lancement de ma marque, j’ai demandé à quel date je pourrai moi même les récupérer sur place on m’annonce que je pourrai venir le 10 août (trajet depuis la France jusqu’à leur entrepôt en Italie !).
Une fois en Italie, on me dit que ce ne sera pas possible, que ma commande n’est toujours pas prête (commandé le 27 juillet). J’ai donc bataillé pour pouvoir la récupérer immédiatement car je suis venu spécialement pour ma commande, résultat après avoir bien lutté, ma commande était prête dans 30 minutes (comme par magie).
On m’annonce ensuite que ma prochaine commande sera prête avec un mois de retard car ils réorganisent leur entrepôt ?!?

Entreprise plus que médiocre, du jamais vu, un personnel très hautain pour vous accueillir dans leur locaux, passez votre chemin.

C’est à se demander si leur histoire de réorganisation d’entrepôt et réellement vrai, je pense plutôt qu’ils nous vendent surtout des produits qu’ils n’ont pas encore en stock.

Au vu des autres commentaires, je ne comprends pas comment ce genre d’entreprise n’est toujours pas en faillite.

Dernier conseil que j’aurai vraiment aimé savoir, à vous qui lisez mon commentaire, passez votre chemin et commandez chez des entreprises sérieuses qui en valent bien plus la peine.

Si je pouvais vous mettre - 5 je l’aurai fais.

I do not recommend this company at all. I have been waiting for my products for 9 weeks extra that what it was announced, a total of 17 weeks. I had to chase them all the time. The only compensation they gave me, it's 10% off on my next order. If I knew this before I would have never ordered.

Un desastre. Hice un primer pedido, me llego a las 3 semanas, cuando dicen de 3 a 7 días laborales.
Hago dos pedidos más, dándoles otra oportunidad. Con fecha del 12 de junio, estamos a 18 de julio y aún no ha llegado nada. Lo peor no solo eso, muy dificil contactarles. Todo el tiempo que consigo hablar con ellos, te van dando largas y diciendo que te contactarán, y nada.
Uno de los dos paquetes se ha perdido, y el segundo aún no ha llegado.

Au départ j’étais très contente d’avoir découvert des flacons aussi jolis dispos à l’achat en faibles quantités. Puis après 1an de commerce de nos cosmétiques, je me rends compte que la qualité est très médiocre et finalement que ce sont des produits beaucoup trop chères ! Et ne parlons pas des frais d’expéditions…
J’ai eu plusieurs retour de clients comme quoi les pipettes en plastique devenaient inutilisables
et très durs à pincer. Les pompes à sérums fuient après quelques utilisations. Malheureusement je ne recommanderais plus.
