Worst collage ever
Worst collage ever , if you ever have a problem they would just fob you off and lie to you whatever you want to hear. I been told I going to be called back never happened. I asked them to changed my name 5 times , they are so incapable. They will lie to you would receive your certificate in 12 -16 week which took them over 6 months. So don't believe anything. Also no workplace As Ta accept there " proof " of qualification ( so be aware before you try to get to work. They cost me 2500 grand minus because they are incompetent

Great courses for work-based learners

If I could rate this company 0 I would. Absolutely appauling service! They are happy to take your money but can't provide the service. Been trying to book my practical training for a year. I am now having to take legal advice against the company as you get the same reply every 5 days from the complaints department that they are investigating the matter and will send an update in 5 days. Over a month later I have no had a single update.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

Receiving your funding is the main aim of this place
I've been paying a student loan for the last few years for a course I wasn't allowed to complete. I only had 2 weeks of a practical element remaining but due to family commitments and the fact the training was 200 miles from home I couldnt attend at that time. The college basically disregarded my situation and threw me off the course.
When I questioned The Student Loan Company as to why I'm being made to pay for the full course the college wouldn't let me complete I was told to take it up with the college. I then received a call from the college and was torn a strip off and was basically told its your own fault.
Taking your money is the main focus of this establishment and not your education.
Stonebridge has asked for my details to look into this even though this has already been done hence my review. No further reply from them.

An employer
As an employer trying to get a member of staff qualified via Learn direct/Stonebridge has been a terrible experience. Work has not been marked on time, delays after delays no support visits, not able to actually talk to anyone to find out why it has taken so long to get the work signed off. Work gets returned for stupid reasons to be resubmitted with no changes and accepted. there is no consistency and I would never use this company again.

Avoid TA course.
I worked so hard to complete my level 3 Diploma TA course. They passed all my assessments, said I had completed the course, enabled me to download the certificate and now 6 months later are telling me I have not completed my course! They say I need to find work already uploaded (this is over 100 questions to find relevant work). They have added extra work to be completed that was not mentioned in my course at the time of doing it. They are saying the certificate sent is not the official one.

Complete waste of money and time
Complete waste of money and time, completed my 1st assignment to then find out I was unable to submit it spent 5 days trying to get support to have the issue solved with no luck, numerous telephone calls messages after messages no help, tutor is just ignorant does bother to even reply!! It's a lot of money just to be ignored, go else where people because Stonebridge are a waste of time try Learning curve instead.

A really enjoyable course.
Really enjoyed my course, Drug, solvent & Alcohol Abuse Counselling Level 4, which I have just completed successfully.
I have been very pleased with the support and feedback that I have received from the college and especially my tutor, Hilary Clark.
My assignments were all marked in a timely fashion and the level of feedback was supportive and encouraging.
I would recommend Stonebridge College.

Find it hard to contact tutors direct
Find it hard to contact tutors direct. Emails seem going to go to multiple people, being spoken to like a 5 year old when that happens. It is taking too long for tutors to get back with feedback and the same with work being moderated. Due to this it doesnt feel like I can study at my pace which was the whole point of the course.

Having completed a course in 2020 and…
Having completed a course in 2020 and paid in full via installments the beginning of 2021, today November 2023 I am still awaiting my certificate. Numerous communication emails sent the usual response but still no certificate I would avoid at all costs, just trying to find if they are regulated so I can perhaps report and claim a refund
