Time waster, show me a house, agree on the price shake my hand for it and then with an excuse they stopped me from proceeding and sold the house to someone else for 3k more, waste of time. Very shady and deceptive as well during the entire process

After being on the market with another agent for 3 months, we changed to Stones Property. The team were fantastic, gave us some excellent advice and agreed a sale with 2 weeks. The service was excellent and we would thoroughly recommend the team!

Courtnie at Stones was excellent. Always kept her promises and was in frequent contact with me, keeping me updated throughout.

Stone property helped me with my house search, they were all so lovely but in particular Rama was very helpful and patient. I would absolutely use them again in the future! Thank you!

I have been with Stones Property over 20 years and my interaction with them has been brilliant and trouble free even when dealing with unfair tenants. A huge thanks to the team especially Sandeep whose expertise is highly valuable.

As a landlord, I had a disappointing experience with Stones Property Management, particularly with their Hayes branch, which has compelled me to advise others to consider alternative options. Initially, we agreed on terms for their tenant find service via email, but the final invoice included unexpected additional charges. Notably, these extra fees were not communicated to me in advance, either verbally or in the written contract.

Moreover, the branch appears to suffer from significant staff shortages, resulting in my having to interact with a different letting manager daily. This not only necessitated repeated explanations of my situation but also contributed to a general sense of disorganization within the office.

Of particular concern was the handling of sensitive information. My personal data, including bank details, was collected through methods that I consider insecure, which raises serious privacy and security issues.

Overall, my experience with Stones Property Management was inefficient, costly, and fraught with communication and security issues. Based on these factors, I cannot recommend their services and will not be using them again. Please exercise caution if considering this company for property management needs.

Property took a while to sell but that was more a reflection of rising interest rates and an uncertain market at the time.

The team in Hayes were very pleasant and were happy to spend time explaining sale/auction/renting options and answering any questions posed.
It was a remote sale and they did a great job managing viewings and keeping chancers/time-wasters away, only briefly alluding to derisory offers which they would reject on my behalf. They also helped by chasing the conveyancers along on a couple of occasions when the wheels appeared to stop turning.

The commission rate was very competitive and special thanks go to Ruban, Scott & Sandeep who facilitated the process.

Landlords beware. Stones property placed cannabis growers in our home. They had also arranged for cp12 to be done by their trusted trader so definitely were in the know! The police confirmed that the passport ID looked nothing like the tenant they brought to view. Completely destroyed my home.

Stones are great when the sales is agreed. They pull all the strings to ensure the sale goes through.
The prior agreement, valuation, advice, introduction to the other team members to continue with the sale was held at a very high performance by Scott Pearce.
I recommend him highly, for not only does he act in his capacity, but goes over and above to assist in matters like getting gardeners to assist in bring the same to the required look and other matters. He is very friendly and honest.

Very unprofessional treatment, the agent was over 25 min late and did have not showed up by the time I left. They lie to me more than once and were very rude. I will not recommend such an unreliable company.

Would 100% recommend! Such helpful and friendly staff, can’t do enough for you! They also keep you updated with any changes. They helped me find my dream home I couldn’t be happier! I was 100% satisfied with the service I received and will be using this company again for future properties!!

DO NOT USE this agency If you are letting out a property. There are a number of reason why I say this
No.1 from personal experience they are untruthful about tennets credit checks.
No.2 they are unprofessional and unhelpful.
No.3 they delay and deceive workload ie. Sending contractors to the house, took over a week and each day I was told they will be out on the day.
No.4 they are unapproachable and dishonest.
No.5 do not believe what they tell you about the people they recommend to accommodate.
No.6 you need to keep chasing them for information so be prepared to spend many hours talking on the phone.
These are some of the troubles which I faced using stones. They made the entire process extremely stressful. I would 100% never be using them again! Don't be fooled by first impressions of them they are horrible estate agents!!
