Outstanding experience, after having 2 weeks of issues with DHL, no time slot, not information, even said they attempted to collect, despite me being home all day, and at the time they stated. Stop Start were asked to do the same job, arrived on the day given, within the 2 hour time slot, and minute by minute live tracking updates. What more could anyone ask for from a courier!!

Stop Start did a really great job of delivering a replacement kitchen ceramic sink and drainage unit. The tracking was excellent, so I knew exactly when the delivery was to be made, and the driver efficient and courteous, waiting for me to check that both items were in the package. Given my experiences with one or two other companies, I am happy to give credit where it is due.

Everything went well, the delivery appeared pretty much on schedule-Bristol traffic and roadworks make any kind of driving a problem-but the real-time tracker helped. The company was very outstanding as we ordered our products online and 3 days later I was sent an text to state the products where out for delivery and the driver was arrived at the stated time

I received multi parcel delivery this morning by Stop Start. The driver Andy G was excellent he kept me fully informed as to when the delivery would arrive.
He then took all parcels some heavy to my garage.
Andy was a credit to his company he could not of been more helpful and friendly. Well done and thank you.

We were kept informed of schedule. delivery was on time. The delivery man was very polite and helpful. A great shame that other delivery companies cannot meet this high standard.
