Ordered replacement wheels for my luggage online. Parts were delivered quickly and I had my roller bag ready to go in no time. easy peasy

I purchased my Luggageworks Stealth series crew bag back in 2012. I've been using it pretty much every day since, 5 days a week through all kinds of weather including dragging it through snow. After such heavy use, it was finally time to replace the rollerblade wheels. I ordered them and they arrived quickly at a great price. Easy installation. Bag is back to rolling smooth for another few years.

Very good experience. Unsure initially which model of Travelpro Flight Crew luggage to buy so I called and got an informed and thoughtful analysis on the phone which informed my decision. Bag(s) arrived promptly and seem excellent. Will see how they wear with usage, but looks promising.

I have been a customer of the Stop Over Store for many, many years. I don't remember when the Store first opened, but I have been flying since 1969, so I guess I can say I have been there since the beginning. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my supplies and equipment. The website make it unnecessary to bid a trip thru Minneapolis (or wherever) to come into the Store, which I did for years. I called the Stop-Over Store looking for a new suitcase. They were very helpful. The suitcase arrived on time as promised.

I love the bag..but thought there was a newspaper pocket on side...and there is NO handle on bottom to help pick up bag...makes it really hard to lift into overhead...Other than that...love it...Thanks

Airport security broke both wheels on my luggage so I bought replacments here. They are better than the original and for a good price.

I had an item that I purchased and needed to add another item to the order but the original had already shipped. I spoke with Greg and he was incredible. He sent me the order and a better one then I originally ordered for free. Even the shipping. I will forever bring my pilot gear needs to this store!
