Book early for a choice of the smaller sizes for student storage! Great sizes and easy access whenever you want. Staff were all super helpful. It was good the lock and insurance were included within the price - no hidden extras here.

I have been a customer for a long time…
I have been a customer for a long time now and always pay by invoice up front 3-6 months in advance each time. I understand companies have policies and procedures but I was very upset at the way I was treated when on the day the invoice was due I did not pay as I informed the staff via email that I was at a funeral and would pay the next day. Even though I paid the next day as promised and I am not a late payer my unit was overlocked which was embarassing and also uncalled for in my opinion for them to do this. I will move out as soon as I find alternative accomodation.
