Resposta da Store First Self Storage

Thank you for your review Romie and we are sorry you feel that you feel that you had the worst experince. We have checked your account and you experinced an issue with the lift being isolated for safety reasons which resulted in you not being able to use it whilst it was being fixed. We will always prioritise the safety of our customers and will assist customers where needed. This was outside our control and we made the best decision for our customers which unfortunately resulted in a negative review. Thank you for storing with us, we appreciate your business.
