For the uninitiated, the UK family court is an intimidating, upsetting and often a very confusing place. The proceedings are far from straightforward and the outcomes unpredictable, often appearing illogical.

Bal and her team guided our family through a 14-month long complex case with compassion, professionalism, attention to detail and diligence. She made the most obscure processes possible for us to understand, and made sure that our family and our supporting Barrister were thoroughly briefed for each Court appearance. The team worked incredible hard throughout.

The outcome was as good as we could have dreamed it could be and our lovely grandchild is able to spend time with all their family. The fees involved are not for the feint-hearted but time with our grandchild is priceless! We will be ever grateful to Bal and her team.

I had been faced with court papers served, which were some what confusing and distressing. I contacted Stowe, and met with Aimee McKay, who I must admit calmed me and reassured me when she started speaking over the papers.
