A promotion was advertised for an in store sale of up to 75% off on 13th April 2024. 20% off was offered on colourbond fencing products however when trying to make a purchase it was evident that only 7.75% discount was actually being honoured rather than the 20% advertised. If you shopped here on 13th April check your dockets and make sure you actually received the advertised discount correctly. If anybody else has had a similar issue regarding this sale on 13th April 2024 with this item or any other item please consider raising your concerns with Stratco in writing to a given email address, and then elevating to the ACCC if necessary. You will need to call Stratco to get the email address for a customer service manager. I can't share it here.

The online ordering was so simple and delivery within 3 days was amazing. Will have no problem ordering from stratco again absolutely brilliant

Wanted to do a phone order with someone else picking it up for me. Staff on the phone were very helpful and made the purchase easy and hassle free. Would highly recommend using phone order if you need to.

Less than one star. Absolutely poor service. We’ve been waiting more than 18 months now for repair to poor product and installation and continue to be fobbed off. We would never recommend this company or product.

Stratco provide a great range of building and home improvement products. I’ve also been impressed by their customer service. Nice!

Received my order on time & the product is easy to assemble & looks great in my yard.

Paid a deposit for a deck and patio roof at the end of October and was told 2 weeks for engineering. Waited and waited for it to come through. Followed up to be told the engineer was on leave and we could expect engineering by mid to end of December. When that did not happen we followed up again to be told end of January. we got an email at the end of January of the sketch that was drawn on the day we paid the deposit. By that time some of the funds we had for the project had gone. We asked for a refund only to be told we had to pay $500 for what seems to be the privilege of being messed around for 3 months. With in my opinion nothing from engineering.
Poor form

Purchased your handi heritage shed a few weeks ago. Only part of the shed arrived, and some wrong parts delivered. Online videos don't show the finer details needed to erect the shed. Tek screws supplied are not sufficient in length to do the job. Gutter mounts not designed fir corrugated colourbond sheets. The list goes on.
Poorly designed and engineered sheds. Not worth the money you pay for them. Extremely disappointed in the product and service. Never again will I purchase your products.

The staffs are very helpful and excellent service.

Process was very smooth and the shed was straight forward to put together ( easy for 2 people). Took about 4-5 Hours to complete . Watch the Video on Youtube BEFORE you start to build :)

I purchased online, sale went well, delivery was great no damage, and product is better than i thought the design is strong. East to install.

I was impressed with the customer service from Natalie Lavelle who patiently discussed the details of building a balustrade for my deck. She was meticulous in pointing out the details of the measurements to consider the diameter of the steel posts.
I returned two days later to confirm my order with her (Quote ref: 77459521) with the amended measurements.
I observed that despite being busy, Natalie noticed the customers who were waiting, asked them about their needs, and directed them accordingly.
Natalie is dedicated to her work with a concern for the customers. She even helped me load the posts I bought that day.

Still awaiting my refund. Have not received items when I complaint the young lady told me she would pass it on to management. I wanted a refund because I have not received all my items which I paid for. I will have to get mydeals to investigate and do a open complaints with PayPal so I could receive the full reimbursement into my account. Because of poor customer service and management, unsatisfactory service from this department, I have told many people to not buy from here again.

I never usually leave reviews but the professional and hardworking employees, particularly, sean and Andre, deserve recognition.

Our experience at stratco penrith was nothing short was exceptional from the moment we entered the store until driving away with our new items.

Sean was friendly, highly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. He was able to answer all our questions and even provide us with other options we hadn’t thought of, making our task much easier.

He thought of every little detail and no task was too much. We definitely appreciated the bottles of water to cool us down whilst shopping on a 36 degree day, as well as the assistance in loading and strapping our products onto the car to take home.

10/10 customer service!
I couldn't recommend them enough.
