Great booking experience with central team. Car collected as agreed and on time. Kept me informed by email through the day and car returned in good time.

Booked me in the wrong day and was supposed to call me back to fit the rmeoinaing part. Still waiting 2 months later

Shocking Customer Service!

Booked in a service with a courtesy car 3 months in advance. Got a call the DAY BEFORE to say sorry but it's no longer available and they don't have anything else. Rescheduled for 4 months later and was told courtesy car is guaranteed to be available. Only to arrive ON THE DAY and they said it had been given to another customer! They also admitted this customer had booked their service AFTER me.....

Very Poor Customer Service to a long standing Customer.

My Q5 was booked in for a recall for the battery. I informed them I needed a Q5 courtesy car or larger due to child seats in my current car. I was told when booking this would not be an issue and I was to call Amersham Audi a week before to arrange this.

I contact Amersham Audi and spoke to somebody within service and informed them I needed a Q5 or larger. She said she would sort this with Katy who would be looking after me. I also explained I was looking into swapping in my Q5 for a Q7 and could they arrange for me to have a demo car for the day to see if this would work with my circumstances. I was told this would be sorted and passed to Katy.

I also informed them that the car was now requiring a service that had popped up on the dash and to also add this to the booking.

I was called by Katy today to confirm the booking. She had no mention of the Q7 or that my car required a service. She spoke with Sales to see if they had a Q7 Demo but was told they didn’t have any. This should have been sorted and I should have been informed the week before if this wasn’t possible.

I said I wasn’t now able to attend because I needed the larger car while mine was in. An hour later I was able to sort with my partner so she could work from home and I could take the car and have the loan car. I rang back to confirm I could attend but was now told the loan car had been given to another customer and wasn’t possible.

Poor customer service for a long standing VIP customer of more than 14 years. Think it’s time to move away from Audi and look for a car elsewhere.

Terrible communication and customer service

Went in for a regular service only to pick up major safety items excluded like overdue brake fluid change and other items. Mis sold service plan without informing that the items are excluded and then no communication call or at the point of handing over the keys about the subject. When picking up the car found these in the job sheet and when raising this with the service advisor was told that a manager will ring us which never happened.

Everyone is so professional and keep you informed at all stages.

As a customer I want my expectations to be proactively managed and commitments to be met. I understand that service may take longer than originally envisaged, but please proactively let me know, rather than me having to chase for updates.

Prompt attention from the time I walked in and my car was ready soon afterwards.

Genuinely the worst customer experience I have ever encountered.
Dragged on for 3 weeks with abysmal communication, a variety of lies and overcharges, causing serious impact to my mental and physical health.
Felt like I was being gaslighted.
Avoid at all costs.

Took my car in for engine overheating/coolant warning fault (audi rs5 2018). Car was already booked in for spark plugs service so who better to look at the fault than audi themselves. Initially booked with a courtesy car and received none. Never mind all sorted and £3000 and 25 days later got my car back. Have since now gone back twice for the same fault. No courtesy car offered. I've lost my breakdown callout also. Only picked car up yesterday for the 3rd time and told all resolved and was a software update that fixed it. 24 hours later my car is showing the same fault. Im furious and appaled. I've paid over £2.5k for the fix and been back 2 times already. I will now be calling in the morning and bringing the car back for the 3rd time! This is in real time. At this point im going to be talking to my lawyer and check on consumer rights for a repair because its a full joke of lost time from work, cost, no courtesy/loan car and left to my own demise if something goes wrong. I have no idea what you guys actually fix or diagnose if im getting the same fault within 24 hours. And this is with having my car multiple times for a period of multiple days each time. You will be getting a visit from me tomorrow and an official complaint being raised tomorrow I've lost my patience and out of pocket for it too. Please avoid at all costs dealing with this place if you actually care about your car and want something done find an alternative place. Once you've paid your stuck. It a joke for Audi and as a first time experience if there was a minus rating available I would do it. Expect to see me tomorrow. See my photo for reference of my issue today and the last 3 times...
