Audi had my vehicle for a standard recall , they missed placed a part and I received lies and excuses and I’m constantly trying to get answers but all I’m getting is lies and excuses from poorly trained staff.

Great service. Had an issue with the charging function, which was software related. Left the car with them and it was resolved during the day as it needed an update.

Staff are very nice and friendly dealing. They offer coffee. Much better then other (birmingham & wolverhampton) branch’s. Service’s also very good.

Mixed Experience
Likes: The service provided by Craig Cheers. He was great, easy to talk to, well informed and kept me up to date. My car was also fixed promptly and to a high standard
Dislikes: Miss information given when I called. I was told a service would be free but upon arrival, I was quoted a £180 fee. The staff member treated me differently to the older white male he dealt with prior to dealing with me (young black female).
Overall I have mixed feelings, great service from the team in the garage fixing my car, terrible initial service from the staff member I handed over to in the dealership
