Everyone was ace, very welcoming and informative

We bought an Audi Q3 from Stratstone Manchester Audi in December 2025. Water ingress was first identified and formally documented by our local Audi dealership Macclesfield Audi on 30 March 2026.

We paid for a repair, but the leak was not resolved. The vehicle was returned in July under the stated workmanship warranty, but the issue remained unresolved.

Stratstone Manchester Audi inspected the car on 16 July 2026 and confirmed that water ingress was still present, with possible risk to the electrics.

We sent a formal complaint to the selling dealer in July and escalated it through Stratstone's online complaint form on 7 August 2026. As of 15 August, we have received no acknowledgment or substantive response. Stratstone's website says it aims to respond to online complaints within five working days.

We would welcome a prompt written response from Stratstone, a clear plan to resolve the water ingress properly, and better communication throughout the process. We hope this feedback helps improve how similar complaints are handled.

They had my vehicle for nearly 3 weeks no courtesy car issue with alternator and was told I need to pay for a new battery. Not happy when you pay 87k and have this issue.

I had my car serviced at Audi Manchester recently and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The front desk team set the tone the moment I arrived - friendly, professional and genuinely focused on customer care.

Communication throughout the day was excellent. I received timely updates while the car was in the workshop, including a clear and helpful video health check assessment.

A special mention to Natalie (service manager) and her team. They consistently put customer consideration first and delivered an all-round great service experience. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that is organised, attentive and committed to doing things properly.

It’s taken me a little time to sit down and write this review, but after six months with my Audi Q4 40 e‑Tron, I feel it’s important to acknowledge the excellent team at Manchester Audi.

Abdul Hadir, Keir Jackson and Oliver went above and beyond to the point of exceptional. They crafted an excellent deal for me and explained everything with real care and professionalism. As a first‑time Audi buyer, I felt completely supported throughout the process.

The car has been fantastic, and the service was even better. Manchester Audi has earned my loyalty — I won’t hesitate to buy my next car from them.

Pickup and drop off was very efficient

Booked in for a safety recall on a brake servo & health check. Still don’t know a week later what my car needed or how the health check went?!? Called twice & left numerous emails asking for a result. Been lied to & told results were emailed to me on the day & then told someone will call me with the results of the health check. Twice you’ve said this & not bothered to call me back. Very poor customer service.

Disappointing experience with Manchester Audi with a car reserved online.
- Condition of car not as described.
- Poor standard of car on handover (twice).
- Poor standard of cosmetic repairs.
- Poor timekeeping.

Should have walked away when I had the chance and I wouldn’t have been out of pocket bringing the car to an expected condition following repairs.

Avoid at all costs. Promised so much, dreadful garage where they will lie to save face. Audi absolutely, Stratstone Manchester definitely not. Go elsewhere we wish we had

Had a call to organise my MOT and Service today and the booking team did a fantastic job in getting everything sorted quickly and concisely, I spoke with Jess in the Booking department and she was very patient, kind, and provided great customer service for me today, I hope this is communicated across that she did a wonderful job, excellent customer service!

I bought an Audi e-tron from Manchester Audi as an Audi Approved Used vehicle, expecting a properly checked, premium-standard car.

Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of that.

After purchase, I had serious concerns about the vehicle’s condition, including visible panel alignment issues and signs that the rear passenger door may have previously been repaired or replaced. The door did not appear consistent with the rest of the car, which raised obvious concerns about whether the vehicle had been properly inspected and accurately represented before sale.

An independent inspection I commissioned supported these concerns, confirming that the rear passenger door should not have been on the vehicle. I also discovered a cracked window screen, which raised further questions about the quality of the checks carried out before the car was sold. My concern is not about how quickly these issues were addressed, but that the vehicle was knowingly sold as an Audi Approved Used car when, in my view, it did not meet the standards required for that scheme at all.

I also had concerns about the overall preparation and quality checks carried out before handover. In addition, there was a mould issue in the vehicle that I raised with the garage, making them aware that my child had pneumonia (which they knew previous to me driving away) and that this was a serious health concern for our family. Despite this, I did not feel the matter was treated with the urgency or seriousness it deserved. For an Approved Used Audi, I expected a much higher standard and far more transparency.

The vehicle registration was NJ72 GVX.

What made things worse was the way the issue was handled afterwards. Rather than feeling reassured, I felt I had to push for answers and challenge the position myself. Audi UK indicated the vehicle would not meet the expected Approved Used standard, which only reinforced my concerns. Even more concerning, after the vehicle was collected from me, it was placed back up for sale the very next day despite the issues that had been identified and raised. In my view, this demonstrated a disregard for the standard expected of an Audi Approved Used vehicle and a willingness to market the car again while fully aware of the concerns surrounding its condition.

When buying from a main Audi dealer, especially under the Approved Used scheme, customers are paying for confidence, quality and peace of mind. In this case, I did not feel I received that.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Manchester Audi. Please check any vehicles from here.
