Hello, I contacted Milton Keynes Audi , Enquiring about a Audi S3, I spoke to a salesperson called surina, she asked me to send photos and video of my car for appraisal , for a part exchange, I went to time and effort to send, but never had the decency of a reply, I contacted MK Audi again on Saturday, spoke to a salesperson called Charlotte who was brilliant, knowledgeable and friendly, it partly restored my faith in MK Audi, then today I was rung by another salesperson called Devon, enquiring about my interest in the Audi S3, I said I think car was undervalued, he then proposed and agreed a part exchange deal of £19000 plus my car for the Audi s3 , u agreed to come down on Wednesday of this week to drive my new car away.Ten minutes later Devon from MK Audi contacts me again, saying he was confused over which Audi s3 I was purchasing, when we had previously spoke about the specifications and colour of the Audi s3, he then withdrew on the deal, I am utterly disgusted with this service, after verbally agreeing on a deal, I would warn potential customers of Audi MK to be very wary of them, or better still, only ask to speak to Charlotte as all the other staff are untrustworthy.

As I've received an email requesting feedback on my recent experience, I will do my best to provide an honest and balanced review. I feel that awarding one star for each positive aspect of the experience, and no stars for each negative aspect, is a fair approach.

Positive:
1. The staff were courteous, professional, and pleasant to deal with throughout the process.
2. The faulty battery module was replaced under warranty.
3. A courtesy car was provided while my vehicle was being repaired.

Negative:
1. Excessive Repair Time
The repair process took over a month to complete for the replacement of a faulty battery module.
2. Inflated Parts Pricing
I was initially quoted £250 for a single rear parking sensor (Part Number: 5WA919275B GRU). I did my research of course, and found that the same genuine Audi part is available from authorised Audi parts dealers for approximately £30 to £50. I raised my concerns with the Manager at Audi Stratstone Aylesbury and the price was reduced to £100 per sensor as a goodwill gesture. Such a substantial markup is difficult to justify and raises questions about whether customers are receiving fair value for money.

While I have highlighted three positive aspects of my experience, the excessive repair time and the significant disparity in parts pricing have outweighed those positives. As a result, I would rate my overall experience 2 out of 5 stars.

i wanted to test drive a car, they completely snubbed us for 15-20 mins, then came over and said well you cant go for one but you can look in it, but didn't even let me turn the car on so couldn't see if I liked the car. completely rude. the only nice one was the woman in reception getting us drinks!!

Car service and MOT drop off was very easy and was kept informed of progress at every point car was valeted before collection and was a quick process 5star all the way.

I was well informed with all the updates regarding my car , regardless that it was a 8 weeks waiting time for an engine swap , Alex was on top of the thing arranged and sorting out my problems

I actually had a great experience getting a warranty repair sorted at MK Audi.
Great communication and follow up.

Abi and Charlea. Both have been outstanding throughout the technical delays I had. They consistently kept me informed, responded promptly to my questions, and made every possible effort to help me.
They showed genuine empathy, patience, and professionalism, even though the issues were not caused by them. They took ownership of the customer experience and worked hard to minimise the inconvenience wherever possible.
Abi and Charlea were the most positive part of an otherwise extremely disappointing experience. They are both a real credit to the organisation and deserve formal recognition for their commitment, communication, and customer care

Awful customer service.
Left waiting for 2 hours when collected new car.
2 months later pulled over by police as number plate had fallen off. After a month of calling and emails, still no refund for new number plate had to purchase from Halfords. Unless you are a new enquiry parting with your money there is no response, care or interest at all.

Service was on time

On arrival you are made welcome by the polite and friendly amazing staff . Then directed to the correct department whilst waiting offered drinks.
Once with your allocated advisor all is explained including the cost you sign and either wait or come back later once the works is completed after being kept informed of the progress.
On return what has been carried is explained pay your bill with no hidden shocks and depart a very happy Audi owner.
Very professional set up, in location staff the works carried out.

Unacceptable service and refused accountability – Avoid Land Rover Milton Keynes
​I paid Land Rover Milton Keynes for a full major service, only to find out four months later that the work was never actually completed. I am now facing major issues with my vehicle because of their neglect.
​When I called to get this resolved, their customer service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Staff refused to give their names, told me they wouldn't help unless I paid even more money, and essentially told me to go away.
​Charging for a major service that wasn't performed and then demanding more money to fix their own failure is completely unacceptable. Save your money and take your vehicle elsewhere.

We were a little disappointed that the A5 2025 we purchased from the same Stratstone Audi network had some faults. However, Audi Milton Keynes handled the matter very professionally as soon as we reported the issues. Everything was consulted with the technical department over the phone and all faults were repaired to a very high standard.

We are extremely happy with the customer service provided by Stratstone Audi Milton Keynes. If it were possible to give 6 stars, they would certainly deserve them.

I have had an awesome experience with Audi Milton Keynes. My service was due and MOT and I booked in advance.

Gary and Charlea are absolute legends and very helpful. They put extra effort on my car to look for any issues. Their customer service, updates was extremely helpful. I mentioned them to check everything which they did. They did lot of stuff in a good gestures. I also asked them to check tyre pressure as I recently replaced my all tyres which they did.

I rate their service very high and would recommend anyone to them.

Typical naive and ignorant sales people thinking that you must "look like money" to be a serious buyer. Walked in with my family. Receptionist said someone would be with me in sec.

5-10mins. Nobody came. Ignored.

I checked in with her. Same again. Ignored a 2nd time for 5-10 mins.

Wanted a Q7, ended up with and KIA EV9. Blessing in disguise tbf but still, poor salespeople.

I recently raised a complaint about my Audi Q4 e-tron, and the way it was handled completely turned my experience around. Abbi took ownership of my case and delivered genuinely excellent customer service from start to finish.

What stood out most was how she kept me informed at every step no chasing needed, she was always a step ahead with updates. Beyond the professionalism, she was warm, funny, and clearly curious about things CC V. We even ended up chatting about how supply chains work, and she asked such good questions that I found myself explaining it to her made a stressful process actually enjoyable.

It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with genuine personality. Abbi is a real asset to the team — more people like her would make every customer interaction this good.

Audi A5 TDI – Poor Diagnosis and Unresolved Coolant Leak
I took my Audi A5 TDI to an Audi dealership due to a coolant leak. Following their inspection, I was informed that a visible hose required replacement. I paid approximately £700 for the repair and was assured that the issue had been resolved.
However, within a few days, the same problem reoccurred. When I contacted the dealership, I was advised that the issue was likely due to an air lock in the cooling system and that it would clear over time. After several further conversations, I was repeatedly given the same explanation.
Approximately one month later, with the fault still present, I returned the vehicle to the dealership. On this occasion, no diagnostic scan was carried out, meaning no fault codes were obtained to assist with identifying the root cause of the issue. Instead, the dealership performed a pressure test and returned the vehicle to me, despite the problem remaining unresolved.
When I queried why a diagnostic scan had not been used, I felt my concerns were dismissed, and I was informed that it was not necessary. This was particularly frustrating as my local garage had already checked the vehicle and identified fault codes before each visit to Audi.
The dealership has now advised that they require a further £700 simply to investigate the fault again, with additional charges likely for any parts and labour deemed necessary. This is despite having already charged £700 and previously assuring me that the original repair had resolved the issue.
What concerns me most is that the dealership has admitted they do not know what is causing the fault, yet they appear to be replacing components and carrying out investigations without making use of basic diagnostic tools that could help identify the underlying problem.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. I have incurred significant costs, the original issue remains unresolved, and I have little confidence in the dealership's diagnostic approach or expertise in dealing with this fault.

My vehicle was at Milton Keynes Audi dealership as I has an ongoing problem with my new car. My frustration was high as my vehicle was in limp mode.
Charlie from their service desk instantly recognised my stress and could not have been more helpful!
She arranged a hire vehicle to get me home, and kept me updated to the progress of the work.

I Picked my car up washed and cleaned, and eventually fixed.

She sorted out the return of the hire vehicle and I left happy with the service.
