Great experience- the service supervisor Rowan kept me fully informed and was very professional

Communication was brilliant from booking my car in, taking it into garage an collecting my car. They threw in a free valet. Staff all friendly.

Took my car in for what we thought was only a minor repair, but during inspection they uncovered a much more serious issue that could have caused major problems down the line. Thankfully, the team identified it early and rectified everything professionally and efficiently.

The service from start to finish was outstanding, with Katie especially being incredibly helpful, professional, and communicative throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find a dealership/garage that is this honest, thorough, and customer-focused these days.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional service. Thank you again!

Just rubbish, the service person turned up late for the appointment, lied too regarding a replacement car, still waiting for my inspection report over 2 weeks now still no contact from them, absolute rubbish

Audi Oldham, I am writing this review to formally raise concerns about a recent visit to Oldham which left me and my family, disappointed and uncomfortable.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was quite shocking. There were multiple sales staff present, many seated at desks, but only a couple appeared to be assisting customers. The rest seemed occupied on computers or phones. Rather than feeling welcomed, the environment felt intimidating, silent and dull, as though we were being watched rather than supported, all eyes were looking up on us which felt awkward.

Unfortunately, the experience did not improve with the sales assistant assigned to us. His demeanor was unwelcoming; he repeatedly stared at me in a way that made me feel as though I had done something wrong. He lacked engagement, enthusiasm, and basic customer care, it genuinely felt like he did not want to be there or deal me.

We had come specifically to view a model but in 2 shapes for my mother, as we had encouraged her to consider them within her budget and not being too far, out of the feels cars we narrowed it down to. While the assistant did offer to bring the cars around for us to look at physically, when we politely asked for a very brief test drive, and I mean briefly, simply to get a feel for the vehicle, his response was both surprising and disappointing as he looked at me in shock. He asked whether we were ready to buy the car that day and place a deposit.

This raises a serious concern: how is a customer expected to commit thousands of pounds, in the region of 35-40k without even experiencing the vehicle that’s never been sat in driven ? A short test drive is a fundamental part of the purchasing process, especially for someone who has never driven that model before or is that now allowed these days ? We didn’t expect to drive more than a few miles, my mother just wanted to understand how it drove, unless Audi assumes different.

He then stated that it was a “handover period” and that they were “snowed under.” However, this did not align with what we observed, as several staff members appeared unoccupied or disengaged. No alternative solutions were offered, nor was there any attempt to accommodate our request, for a ‘down the road test drive’. If that was the case the receptionist should have advised we are limited in offering services due to do handover and to come back.

Regrettably, due to the unwelcoming and intense atmosphere, one that felt more uncomfortable than professional, we chose to take our business elsewhere. I can confirm that we have since placed an order with another dealer who provided a significantly better customer experience and demonstrated genuine effort and care, not laid back ‘I can’t be bothered to be here’ or pick and choose customers.

It is particularly disappointing given that we have previously purchased a few vehiclesfrom your brand. To have a family visit result in my mother feeling intimidated is both upsetting and unacceptable.

Very quick and efficient service - no complaints at all to report.

Been here twice for items to be done re my A5... As soon as you step thru the door you are greeted by very polite well presented staff.. You can have a coffee on the house.. The place in nice and clean and they have a nice area with comfy seats where you can wait... And the prices are competitive don't be put off because they are main dealers.... They happen to be cheaper than 2 particular places I went and received quotes... All in all very happy with both my visits.. J. Ryan.. Oldham.

Amazing customer service with a fast turnaround.

To expensive . How in the world can 2 front disc and pads 2 rear disc and pads and 2 x rubber bush cast £4300 for 6 hours labour . I get you need the money due to overheads but this is Oldham not Cheshire.

The worst dealership management I have known in over 20 years of purchasing Audi's. would not recommend or purchase a car from them again. This is a shame as I used to have faith in the Audi brand having purchased 10 cars in the last 9 years from them.

Sania was absolutely fantastic, she was really attentive, listened to the issues I was experiencing with the A6, and made sure I was kept informed from start to finish on the necessary repairs and costs. Pleasure to deal with.

I went in at weekend to ask for some advice on which size Alloys I need to replace the ones I have on my car. I was met with a sales person watching football on his phone who seemed disinterested in helping. It eventually took three staff members to determine I needed 19'' alloys and refused to tell me the depth or any other information despite my car being in the car park. Probably because it was raining. Useless.

Dealt with Nathan at Oldham Audi and all I can say is outstanding, professional service from start to finish. He provided all the information we needed, listened to our requirements, and helped us find the perfect car without being pushy or trying to go over our monthly budget. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend Nathan — 10/10 service.

Bought 2 Audi’s this month from Edgar at Oldham Audi. The experience and service was superb from start to finish. Edgar has a great personality, very attentive and made the whole experience very special for us.
