My car needed a number of things sorting for which I liaised with Matthew as the requirements where complex - Matthew talked me through what was needed which made my life so much easier especially as I was also dealing with a family bereavement at the same time . I then dealt with Sophie who sorted out all the warranty submissions taking away all my stress - keeping me informed at all times with what was happening . When the car was ready both Sophie and Matthew where there to talk me through what had been done and the fact the warranty covered everything was the icing on the cake . Thank you both so much for all your hard work and making a stressful time so much easier - you are both a real credit to Stratstone and Audi

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Experience

I paid a £500 deposit to Warrington Audi in November 2025 and was told it would be refunded. Months later, I still have not received my money back.

I have called multiple times and spoken with management, including Anthony, and each time I was promised the refund would be processed. Despite these repeated assurances, nothing has happened and I am still waiting for my £500.

Chasing your own money for months is completely unacceptable for a dealership representing a major brand. The lack of accountability, communication, and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating.

If you are considering dealing with Warrington Audi, be very careful about paying any deposit and make sure you have everything in writing.

I am still waiting for my £500 refund and expect this matter to be resolved immediately.

The staff lovely welcome from reception right through to leaving keys and collecting keys keep you updated on your car and if you have any problems they sort them best Audi garage I have been to

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the car for 9 days before the appointment. All bodywork was done before i collected the car. While at the branch, the car got multiple dents and scratches. I complained and was completely ignored. I had to repair the damages myself. Disgraceful company.

Purchased a vehicle in January, paid a £1000 deposit. Waited over a week for delivery to be told they couldnt supply as it had been in an accident. I have been waiting on a refund since the 22nd january and still not received despite the dealership telling me "it has been paid". I have been fobbed off. Absolutely Awful customer service. I would never now purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Buyer Beware.

The staff at Warrington Audi have always been very helpful and courteous. As an older customer I appreciate the time and patience given to me.

Q4 e-tron needed a sensor replacing after 2 years and service was also due. Person dealing with us did not seem the most competent; needless to say I don't believe the car was serviced and after calling back 3 times to clarify they still don't seem sure what was done or not done. Very disappointing as they needed the car for 2 days and now it looks like it needs to go back in for the service which was never done.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, cancelled my courtesy car at 4.30pm the day before which is included in my service package. Kept the car from 9.30am until 5pm just to do an oil change. Staff unhelpful. Already dreading coming back for the service. Wish I wouldn’t have taken out the service package then I could just use Kwick fit who always serviced my last Audi and valued and looked after their customers. Avoid at all costs.

I left a deposit on a car transferred from Manchester Audi, inspected it, and had work carried out, only to be told on the day of collection that it had been sold and collected back by Manchester Audi. The deposit then took far too long to be refunded.

A higher-spec replacement was offered (with higher mileage), which I accepted at a slight discount, but the process was riddled with mistakes. My original deposit wasn’t deducted, optional extras I hadn’t requested were added and appeared to be built into the price, and transparency was poor.

On collection, the car couldn’t be taxed online due to the previous owner’s status, meaning a trip to the Post Office. A valet charge was also on the invoice, yet the car was poorly prepared, the windscreen was filthy. For the price paid, I’d expect a proper valet.

The V5 took almost a month and only arrived after chasing. I was also promised mats and a boot liner; months later I’m still waiting for the mats, and emails now go unanswered.

For a first Audi purchase, this was a very poor experience with numerous avoidable errors and virtually no aftersales support. Well below what I’d expect from a premium dealership.
