A special thanks to Tom and Hash for all their help with my car purchase. They gave us helpful information and went out of their way to ensure all was straightforward. To be honest, they couldn’t have done anymore.

Face to face the service is quality, I dropped my car off and they people was very professional. The problem starts when I left my car with them waiting on a quote but no one got back to me for a week or two, so I tried to chase it up by calling them but no one answers the phone, one of the hardest company’s I’ve ever tried to get in touch with. I am left in the dark after two weeks and still received no quote and can’t get in touch with them 90% of the time

Just had to take my car in for a software update, I saw James Jenkinson who works in the service department, he was very obliging and helpful, it was a pleasure to do business with him.

I tried to book my car in for a service and a recall. Using option 2 for "Service booking" was a waste of time, it rings and rings and no one answers it.

I gave up after 5minutes and rang back a little while later. Rang again, same thing again. Tried using the "anything else" option and got to speak to a man who would "transfer me immediately to the service manager" for it to then ring for 10minutes at which point i heard the call being picked up and promptly hung up on.

Called back again, explained the issue again and was told "I'll transfer you immediately to their direct lines" for it to ring over and over for another 7 minutes. I hung up and rang back using the "anything else option", clearly at this point they were ignoring me as they stopped answering that line too.

Useless, its amazing they're in business.

Called Sytner BMW up who had answered the call and had me booked in for service and recalls within 60 seconds.

Thanks Kieran for the smooth way you dealt with the purchase of my Mini Resolute. Love the car and the time you took to collect me from the station and explained all the tech the car has. Thanks once again for a great experience. Five Star well earned.

The overall Sales experience was excellent both in person and on the phone. In particular the Retail Sales Specialist - Lauren Briddon, who was friendly, new her way around the car in particular the computer and the controls, was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make my experience from start to finish enjoyable.

we had an extremely poor experience whilst spending £30,000 with Stratstone Chesterfield mini. I reported the poor service experiences to the sales manager.
He pretended he was concerned and said he would deal with the matter. Weeks went by and he never made contact with me.
I contacted them again asking why the sales manager had not followed up on my complaint. More apologies were sent to me also advising me that the sales manager would be in touch shortly. That was on the 15.12.22 to date absolutely nothing again.
If you buy an expensive vehicle from Stratstone Chesterfield and you are unhappy and need to raise a concern/complaint this is what you are likely to get in return.
This is allegedly at the highest level of their complaint system.

We are absolutely appalled at how we were treated by simply raising issues which we had a right to do so.
Consider looking elsewhere for your Mini just in case you encounter the same Could not care less attitude.

They will all be false. They will ask me to get in touch with them again. Stratstone mini you are supposed to be getting in touch with me as you often promised to. You obviously do not value your customers once the sale is made.

Unbelievable that after 5 days of trying to book a service where either no one picks the phone up or it drops the call. Managed to speak to someone in sales today who said he’d put me through to service but I gave up waiting after 15 minutes.

I took my BMW M4 in to stratstone as there was a recall on it. After dropping my car off and my wife collecting me from BMW i received a call saying the parts to do the job wasn't in. I told the receptionist i needed my car back that day as i was at a wedding at this point i got offered a mazda curtesy car for the rest of the week (embarrassing when im going to a family wedding). After arguing for 10mins about getting another BMW I was told that's all I could have. I've owned 4 BMW M cars but this customer service has put me off dealing with stratstone ever again!!

I purchased a BMW 5 Series 4 weeks ago and I was a returning customer. This week my employer informed me they will be providing electric vehicles to employees and mine wi be delivered at the end of November. I went back to Stradstone and exained my situation and asked if they would like to buy the car back from me, considering I had only had the car 4 weeks I expected to lose some money, but when they came back to me with a offer 4k less than what I paid was daylight robbery. The car must be the fastest depreciating car in the world. £1000.00 per week. I wouldn't recommend using Stradstone to anyone as this demonstrates they have no regard or loyalty to returning clients. I will never use them ever again. I am absolutely disgusted with their offer.

My daughters car has been serviced from new by BMW firstly at Derby and then more recently at Chesterfield following a transfer to Chesterfield by the Senior Service Advisor Louise Secchi. Her BMW X6 is now nearly seven years old and Louise has ensured that it has been kept in tip top service condition including prompt action on recalls and providing expert advice on its servicing needs. Couple of months ago tried to contact Stratstone BMW Chesterfield both via their web site and twice by phone to book my car in for some warranty work. Never heard anything, so the car went to BMW Sytner Sheffield 5* service from when I walked through the door, absolutely outstanding customer service. Needed a couple of parts and as Chesterfield is more convenient for me I tried Chesterfield again. But after waiting 15 - 20 minutes without being seen I left. So made a journey to the other side of Sheffield to order a my parts, won't be wasting my time again at Chesterfield.

Huge thanks to Lauren at Stratstone BMW Chesterfield. Living 160 miles away It was a bit of a risk buying an approved used car in case things went wrong. But Lauren kept me updated on the status of the car and couldn't have been more helpful during the whole buying and handover process.

Fantastic service at Stratstone BMW Chesterfield especially from Lauren Briddon, I was that impressed that my son purchased his first car at the same time.

I found the staff to be polite and friendly. They were informative and knowledgeable.

Nico in my eyes can do no wrong. I have bought 3 cars from him now after only going in for a test drive. If there is ever an issue he is available with helpful advice and a forthcoming solution. I would highly recommend this dealership as they are knowledgeable and welcoming.
