I now only use Stratstone for work on my BMW. They're always professional and have never once given me any cause for concern. I like the idea of hassle free service tailored to my needs rather than there's making the whole experience friendly and pleasurable.

I would not recommend them far too…
I would not recommend them far too expensive no breakdown of labour they keep doing health checks every time you take your car in even if it was 2 weeks ago I had 2 springs fitted which were £95 each and wipers £47 yet my bill was £935.

Had some warranty work carried and was very impressed with the service from start to finish. All staff were helpful and the minor problem was resolved professionally and to my satisfaction first time with no issues.
Highly recommend. Special mention to Rui who is very pleasant to deal with and genuinely cares about customer service.
