My car was picked up from home the work done as required and then returned having been cleaned- perfect

I have always found them to be very helpful & professional.

I travelled from Manchester to Hull the week before i purchased the vehicle was greeted by the salesman (Mark Storey),being a business man and employing people myself i was impressed by Marks people skills,this was defiantly a big factor on me purchasing the vehicle......it was defiantly worth the trip and will defiantly look forward to dealing with Stratstones again...Thank you

Excellent communication with the dealership. Both Jenny & Ian were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole buying process.

After purchasing the vehicle on Friday 6th May i booked home delivery for 2 weeks later (Monday 23rd May) however it was delivered on Tuesday 24th May, also the spare key didnt work upon recieving the car, i communicated this to the sales rep who rectified this and sent me some new batteries in the post. If the home delivery was on time and the spare key worked i would've rated 5 stars. However generally satisfied with the level of service received from BMW Hull.

Kirsty was very helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble.
I would highly recommend Hull Stratstone for a very positive customer experience.

Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and was always on hand after delivery to answer and assist any queries I had. This was especially appreciated as it wasn't a BMW, and on several occasions went over and beyond to help.
