Great experience
Great experience. Martin who dealt with us was brilliant, gave us time to think/ talk about our thoughts between ourselves, let us take our time to look into the car, insurance quotes etc. He was really informative for us and showed us every detail of the car.

Broken again
5th time my car has been back to you for repair all for differant things ..you tried to pass me off with a bill for £2190 for mot repairs then when the finance company got involved you did those repairs free of charge ...then there was an oil leak that you said you had fixed ....then another oil leak but mysteriously a differant oil leak ..which you now have fixed once again ...got my car back and 36hrs later broken down again car is on my drive with mo power at all ...tried 9 times to contact you spoke to 3 people who just said they were a call centre so can only pass a message on ...eventually got through to dsvid who sold me the car told to ring breakdown service ...i am leaving it in the hands of mercedes leeds and santander customer complaints to deal with you both know the situation

Charged for oil disposal on electric car service. Asked to be refunded for this and never received it. Have e-mailed twice to no avail. Staff rude
