Sam the salesman was very obliging and…
Sam the salesman was very obliging and knowledge so the actual agreeing to the sale was very easy.
The only blip was the collection of the car. I was told that the car would be ready between 16.00 and 17.00. I therefore arrived at 16.10. Before paying I wanted to examine the car but didn’t have much time to do this as I was told that Mercedes had to receive the money by 17.00 otherwise the car could not be registered that day. As a consequence I felt that the payment process was very rushed. If I had know about this situation I would have arrived much earlier.

There was factory recalls on my car…
There was factory recalls on my car which was to upgrade software and change NOX sensor if needed. I had informed Service agent that I had Engine management light just a day before and it vanished on my drive to Service. irrespective on that, there was no check conducted if the care needs NOX sensor replacement. within 2 days of service Engine management light came up and having assessed with private Garage, its the NOX sensor fault. Mercedes Service centre are meant to make money now rather giving right service to customer. Will never go there in future even if I have to buy my next car.

Car park attended on arrival help me to park my car. I have to wait for 10 minutes for my loan car.
Upon completion of service Adeel brought car at the front of the main door and i did not have to find my car.
