Refused to refund even though it said i signed up for a membership.
Recommended changing bankcards too. Robbing ****holes

I never received the product or an email and it’s been over 2 months, the email I sent never delivered and I couldn’t go back to the website.

Absolute joke of a company, waited a month my order did not arrive, sent multiple messages to customer service and they NEVER reply! Had to get my bank to step in and do a chargeback. Avoid them at all costs.

Waited over a month and still no sign of my order. No communication from the company. Nothing.

Took weeks to arrive, every time I checked tracking it said it was awaiting to be fulfilled. Contact finally made and got the products, which were in good condition, just need to sort out their delivery and comms

Order placed on the 9th Feb and still havent received my items. Order tracking keeps showing old updates.

I ordered something on the 28/02/23 and I still have not received it. When I asked for an update I was told its still waiting for despatch.. Then when I asked for a cancellation and refund, they said it was already despatched. They failed to give me a tracking order and now ignoring me. Shocking service.

I placed an order on 13th January and STILL haven’t received my goods. I have contacted this company on various platforms, numerous times and no one has had the decency to reply and explain why my money has been taken yet no order received!!!. I would stay as far away from this online shop as possible. I am reporting to the trading standards to warn other shoppers so they don’t get robbed either. Absolute shocking!!

Four weeks since ordering no goods received. Only updates when chased, not proactive with customers. To date no idea as to when goods may be received.

Would score minus stars if I could.
Absolute disgrace.
Still no item or refund 8 week after original order.
Will be reporting to action fraud UK.

Do not purchase of this company- Please please no one else get scammed like this!!

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS SCAMMER ANY MONEY... I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DEAL WITH THIS SCAMMER FOR 2 MONTHS AND AFTER LEAVING A REVIEW HERE PREVIOUSLY I WAS TOLD THAT HE HAD REFUNDED ME.. I CHECKED PAYPAL AND YES THERE WAS THE REFUND... TODAY I NO GET AN E MAIL FROM PAYPAL TO TELL ME THAT HE HAS STOPPED THE PAYMENT.... I WIL NOW CALL HIS LOCAL POLICE AND LET THEM DEAL WITH THIS CHRISTMAS SCAMMER...... HE ANSWERS HIS PHONE AS A SECURITY COMPANY AND THEN SAYS "I AM JUST OUT OF THE CAR I WILL CALL YOU BACK IN 5 MIN" HE THEN BLOCKS YOUR NUMBER.... SCAMMER AND A DISGRACE TO HUMANITY...

Update : I spoke to Paypal and they told me that you had cancelled the E cheque. Only the issuer could do that. I am still waiting for the proof of posting or tracking number that you have failed to provide !
The refund was issued to me by Paypal. All I have had from you is what a great business you have but have a look at your reviews here.. Doesn't look so great.. You kept fobbing me off with postal strikes etc.. funny thing is that you still cant send me the proof of posting so stop trying to blame postal strikes..

Update 31/12/2022.. Well still no sign of item that was supposedly posted IN NOVEMBER !!!!! Still NO SIGN of the proof of postage !!!!!! Only refunded after I opened a dispute with Paypal !!!!!!
Still saying he is a small family business ?? Only thing I know is he takes your cash and posts nothing.. If this is not a scam then what is it ????
Again I advise everyone to AVOID this "company"

Update 05.01.23 Still no sign of the goods Mick still says he posted... Still no tracking number or proof of postage.. Again this was supposed to have been posted in NOVEMBER 2022 !!!! Oh and reading his responce again NO texts were sent and no e mails!!

Never received the item I ordered, and had very little communication. I sent 3 emails the only reply I got was that they were looking in to it, I tried ringing, no answer, and the online chat did not work. Finally got a refund via PayPal.
