TV delivered with broken screen. Call that day. It took 2 weeks to collect the TV, then we still haven't had the refund a month later. AVOID this company.

Faulty item returned and no refund given. After two months of emails and calls. How is this company still allowed to trade. The theme of my complaint is evident in all the complaints below. This is unacceptable to allow this company to get away with this. Taking money and selling faulty goods. I have reported this to trading standards.

Awful company 90% of what I have ordered has become faulty in a short period of time, returns process is so awful you actually give up! I have returned three items which they are saying they have not received despite being giving tracking numbers etc, £240 worth of items I very much doubt I’ll ever be refunded for. AVOID!!
Dont order from studio24
I would not trust studio24 as you get billed for something you have returned. I have called them on many occasions and they keep saying that it is resolved but still it is not I am calling a higher authority they should not be trading

Got sent the wrong items was suppose to receive a 3kg item ended up receiving a 34kg item and I went to lift it thinking it was my light item ended up hurting my back badly I'm 62 years old with alot of health problems and was left in pain for weeks and they said its not there problem even know they sent the wring item and labelled it with my item information I'm suppose to have xray vision and see though a box they have no respect or duty of care for there customers they only care about money

Ordered several planters over the phone…
Ordered several planters over the phone by bank card which never arrived.
Phoned to request refund back to my bank card- which was how I paid. The phone call became frustratingly long. I constantly had to reconfirm my details and was eventually told the refund would be issued.
No refund was issued. Then eventually, several weeks later I inexplicably received a letter, with a refund to an account with them.
I phoned again to request my money be refunded to my bank and closure of the studio account.
Again, frustrating long call, constantly asking to reconfirm details, despite having the account information in front of them and my details already being given multiple times as they confirmed them but then kept asking me to repeat the account number, my name, address, postcode etc.
They are making money from being terrible service providers by using premium phone lines. They deliberately delay you as a tactic to make cash. No other reason for having my name and address reconfirmed 6 x on the same phone call.
To date I've still received no refund and the account is still active. I will be taking it further as I'm disgusted at their service and their blatant ripping off of customers. It's not about the cash they've taken anymore, it's about the principle.
Don't use Studio 24, a brain damaged maggot in a spider Web would provide better customer service. They are making quick cash by delivering inferior service.
To date, I've still not received a refund.
Clearance goods don't come
I've been a customer of Studio for a long time. On 1st August i ordered a clearance item, was told it was dispatched and was given a tracking number. The items never came and upon tracking it says Evri is still waiting for my parcel so i don't believe it was ever dispatched.
They've now credited my account and no items or replacement offered.
I've since had an email to review my items that I never got! I write a review to get an email to say they can't process it to the site!! Also today I got a statement to say I owe nothing as my accounts been credited due to items being returned! They never even came!! Customer services is a joke!
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! I tried to place an order last night, but Studio website kept saying "review order" entered payment details and order just would not confirm. Spent all morning on Messenger trying to sort this out, but to no avail. Phoned the company as a last resort. Spoke to a man who just wasn't interested in helping me.

The absolute worst customer service ever! I ordered an item £169.49. The delivery date was too far away so I cancelled straight away. 5 weeks later I have no refund. I have rang daily to give them pressure and they just don’t care that they have put me into financial hardship. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Unbelievable Red Tape AND Wrong Model Supplied!
I received my 4 burner BBQ yesterday and was about to start putting it together today. However, there was a part missing - the side burner knob. I phoned customer services to see if they could send out the missing part. But no. They told me I would have to return the
BBQ, wait 14 days for my account to be credited and then reorder. Talk about waste of money - the knob probably costs about 50p. Yet they are expecting me to pay for the return carriage as well as pay again for the next delivery. Wish I’d ordered from Amazon 😫
Update - I thought I’d just keep the BBQ and find a knob online. So I did indeed build it. Once I finished I realised that it wasn’t even the model I’d ordered and paid for!! I paid £169 for a model they’re selling for £149. I’m going to dismantle it and get my money back.

Avoid avoiding avoid. Took my money in full for my item which shows on tracking I never received and they admitted I never received item but keep changing how many days I have to wait for a refund went from 7 days to 14 then 30 days. Have now been in touch with Trading standards.
Bad company default goods
Bad company default goods, seconds mostly and wrong info about items. As soon as iv paid up they can shove it. Liars liars and no help.

Be aware with this company. Do not use them or buy from them. If you are late one day with your payment they will add the £12.00 charge and add the late payment on your credit file straight away, even though its your first time and been with them for years, they will not care. Awful customer service and orders take more then 2 months to arrive!!!!

Bought an expensive item for a Christmas gift for someone nearly 2 months ago..... not received the delivery yet! I contact Studio they say its with Hermes when I contact them they say contact the sender. I have sent several emails to them asking for a refund.. and they keep saying we are looking into it give us about 30 days. I am really disappointed with there service... NEVER going to order from them ever again!!!

Avoid this company at all times - 250.00 worth of goods apparently out for delivery SEVERAL TIMES - CLEARLY NOT!!! Hermes have left EMAILS 3 TIMES stating no one in - RUBBISH we were in all 3 times. Customer service a disgrace, nearly 2 hours on the phone - STILL NOT RESOVED AND NO CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR MY SON !!!!! Told to wait 30 days to report as missing ????? I would like this resolving TODAY- NOT SURE WHY STUDIO CANNOT TACK THEIR OWN PARCELS????
