Studio4_Architecture Avaliações 

Last January we met with Christopher Williams and made the decision to use him and Studio4 as our architect for our large house renovation. We made two payments to Studio4 and apart from submitting some plans for a driveway and taking measurements of our house we have had nothing else over a year after our initial meeting. Christoper consistently lied to us before Christmas saying he had done the first set of plans for our house and after a week and a half of several unanswered emails, text messages, voicemails and What's App messages he finally got back to us admitting he hadn't even started the plans due to illness and a heavy workload!
We have now wasted an entire year of our time and Christopher has only offered us as he puts it "a goodwill gesture" of £375 from the £1462 we have paid him even though he has not fulfilled his part of the contact he was paid for. We have responded to this email from Christopher saying this isn't sufficient for the lack of work and time wasted and as usual he has not even had the decency to reply! We've recently discovered that Studio4 Architecture's advertised business address on their website is empty and up for rent.
Over 4 weeks after sending that email and still no response from Christopher! Disgraceful!

Dave designed my 2 story side extension, he has superb ideas, and has an incredible eye for detail. Always works within specified time frames, and with a delightful attitude! Couldn’t recommend enough.

First rate service from David and Christopher for our extension. David's got a great eye for design and really happy we chose them as we would have ended up with something entirely different and definitely not as good. They have seen us through the entire project from start to finish. Can't fault the service and the end result is amazing.
