The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a pair of shoes, shouldve been delivered within 5 days, wasn't even dispatched till the 10th (only after I opened a dispute with my bank). Don't reply to any emails whatsoever. When I wanted to return them, it is a real pain and a faff. It's taken a further 7 days after delivered back to them to get an email acknowledging their arrival. Still haven't actually received the refund yet. All of this has taken over a month. Never ordering from them again!

Customer service gives no response! Ordered a pair of shoes that i want to return. Customer service doesn't reply to any form of communication. Apart from the postage costs(retour and order itself). They don't care after you paid. Horrible experience and 100% last time i ordered anything from Stussy

One of the worst supports ever.
No respone. They dont care at all about there customers. First and last time i bought something from them.

I've buying stussy for years.
Bought a t-shirt which the print has a major defect on the t-shirt, completly contaminated looking like the t-shirt was washed at least 40 times.
Asked for a replacement, never got a an answer from them, or a solution.
Not gonna pay for return since us, have our consumers rights.
If you wanna buy stussy, buy it from Farfetch or somewhere else, but from them.

I havent received my order although it says the order has been delivered, i've been emailing them for over a week asking for signed proof of delivery to figure if it was stolen, and they aren't responding to any emails or offline chat requests, unbelievable.

They charge you £15 to return items and are incredibly rude when you query this. I've bought Stussy stuff for years, I'll never use them again.

AVOID! Wish I read reviews before buying, only viewing these now as having problems, to find everyone else having similar experiences. Bought two pairs of shoes in size UK10, paid £270. Delivery took over a week and then find they have sent the wrong size and a UK9 I’m both pairs instead. Then, as they are too small I go to return… not that easy. Don’t supply a return slip, says on the delivery note to contact them for return instructions. The return portal online is useless, asks for order number/ID and email, still says incorrect when it’s not. Customer service are atrocious, don’t respond I’ve sent 3 emails and contacted through all their social media platforms… nothing. Their returns policy is 14 days to return goods so I’m now looking to resell these shoes online with other secondary marketplace as I don’t think I will be getting my money back through Stussy.

Stussy are refusing to even respond to any emails ! i’ve been a stussy customer / collector for nearly 30 years but i have received my order from a few weeks now and it looks like i’ve lost my money and the trainers ! absolutely gutted !

Fabulous clothes. Awful customer service. Refund not been paid despite the fact that I’ve proof they received the goods. Sort it out Stussy.

Absolutely rip off. Ordered 2 t shirts, one small one medium. £85 in total which included P&P. Sent the medium back as it was too big. They charged me £10 for the privelage (which BTW they said was a discounted rate!). They took this from the amount of the t-shirt meaning they refunded me £30. This ultimately meant that I paid £55 for a £40 t shirt.

I expect to pay a premium for Stussy, but this is outright theft. What a joke. Avoid their online store.

£16.99 to return some sliders which were too small is ridiculous. Site is misleading you believe your buying from the UK and emails from returns team were non helpful.

Complete scammers, sizes are way too big and then charge £15 for returns their customer service won’t provide you an address to return it for cheaper either. I’ve bought loads of their stuff over the years, never again.

I never write reviews but Stussy online are very difficult to deal with. I only want to return an item and get another one. I understand that they do not do exchanges but there is no return slip and no contact number for online orders, well there is but you cant get through to anyone. You can contact them via email but they dont give you an answer its like you are talking to yourself. So I now have a sweatshirt which cost 125.00, too small and have no information on how to return it because the return portal is not working. I would suggest if you want this brand buy it from anywhere else but Stussy itself.

Ordered "8 BALL PIGMENT DYED LS TEE" came within 3 days and as described. I'm a little unhappy about the £15 charge for refunding however their products are worth the risk! What made it 5/5 for me is them going the extra mile and putting in cool stickers.

Bought one of the our legacy collab varsity jackets. Was still in stock after I bought it. Emailed after a few days when I hadn't heard anything, and was assured it was going to be dispatched.

Was cancelled today with no reason given and a bog standard email. Second time this has happened. They kept the money for five days, and I missed the opportunity to buy elsewhere. Don't know why they just couldn't tell me it was cancelled when I emailed and why they had to keep the money for so long. Terrible, terrible service

Charged 15 quid to return a 40 quid hat. Absolute joke. Been a loyal customer for years. Won’t be buying from them again.

I ordered three items in May and it is now November the end of the year and this company still has not sent me the third item. The other item arrived but it was like pulling teeth before I got them. This website is a scam. They take your money through paypal so that you can’t go after them.

Stussy are running a scam with their online business. The clothes are a size bigger than you expect and then you have to pay £15 return fee plus an international dhl fee to send them back. If you add in the original £5 delivery fee then you’re down nearly £30 for buying something that doesn’t fit the way it should. I won’t be buying stussy again.
