Ordered twice . Second time using express delivery. 1 week later still no delivery.
No customer service number

I accidentally stepped on my four day old new Rayban sunglasses and Ben has managed to mend them like new. Beyond grateful, excellent service Highly recommend!!

You supplied screws via a postal service. It took over one week from order to delivery. I cannot understand why it took you so long and why there was little communication during my wait.

Initial delivery delay has been resolved by the company and their responses to my emails were pleasant and professional

It was great to get the part for the Ray Ban's though the part has only one clip not two which makes it difficult to attach to the nose piece. Thanks

Even though it took a while for my replacement Rayban lenses to arrive from the suppliers Ben supplied temporary lenses in the meantime which he kindly said I could keep once Rayban lenses arrived. Courteous, helpful service.

I haven’t received my order at first , i tried to get in touch with your customer support, it didn’t respond as well
But soon after ben reached out and explained that the parcel was lost by delivery agent , it is understandable that the situation like these is not under his control
However, ben has re shipped the order even though its not his fault
