Rang airline ,hotel and hol agent who said there was not a problem up to 24 hrs before takeoff

Best of the Pennines Tour
An excellent tour from start to finish! Our driver Andy was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The hotel was one of the best we've stayed in with very clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and an excellent choice of well prepared food - we couldn't fault it!

Meals
Our feeder taxi missed the feeder coach so we had to get another taxi to join the main coach at Swaffham. Hotel was good apart from the meals which were not very good on the first and second nights of our stay.

Good Holiday at a Reasonable Price
Grand Hotel in Scarborough was amazing. Food good, shame no room service. Had some good trips out to York, Whitby and Goathland. All in all a good holiday.

Driver friendly and helpful . Good pick up and transfer to and from coach . Personally would have found tape played on day tours giving history and points of interest of places being visited helpful and of interest

Nice trips out nice bus driver hotel…
Nice trips out nice bus driver hotel could have been better as food was very basic sometimes had the same thing twice. Pity the rooms were not bigger and the showers . The bus could have been a bit more comfortable as it didn’t suit the long journey.

Rubbish Holiday I Will Never travel With You Again Under Staffed Food uneatable All Frozen vegetables same every day Staff were not helpful only entertainment bingo Rooms not cleaned bed not made all the time of our holiday .so maybe a refund would be in order .Janet Roberts

Great hotel," The Grand Scarborough" always wanted to stay there. Enjoyed the excursions especially to Heartbeat Country. Good bedroom shame about the seagulls knocking on my window!!🤣 Lovely weather I'd go again 😊.

Not Great
Our holiday was unfortunately not a great experience of Sunrise, as our tour driver had only been with the company 7 weeks and knew nothing of the area or the places he was dropping us off at. We don't blame the drive as the company should have given the information he needed to pass on or info for him to find out about the places we were going to. The hotel was the Grand Britania, sadly grand in name only, bland meals and rooms that are very outdated plus we had to be moved on the 2nd night as no cold water.

Llandudno 2024
Admittedly we didnt pay the earth, but accommodation, entertainment and food were very basic. Trips out were very good, with an excellent driver David, although new to a tour guide, he lacked pointing out the various points of interest along the way, a lovely man though, who worked hard to please all his passengers.

I BOOKED 4 COACH HOLIDAYS WITH SUNRISE 2 WERE CANCELLED AND 1 CHANGED DATE..THE HOTELS WERE VERY POOR THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING A CHOICE OF FISH FINGERS OR CHICKEN NUGGETS ON THE FIRST NIGHT AT LLANDUDNO THE GRAND HOTEL
WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ONE STAR IF I HAD THE CHOICE AT THE END OF MY LAST HOLIDAY I WAS LEFT STRANDED OUTSIDE JOHN LEWIS AT 8.00 AT NIGHT WITH NO MINI BUS OR TAXI TO TAKE ME HOME TO AYLSHAM

Feeder coach was more comfortable than the one we transferred on to(neither were Sunrise coaches)
The driver was very nice but as it was his first tour holiday he wasn’t too knowledgeable about drop off areas. Hotel was good and meals were ok. Value for the money we paid.
