They were very professional and efficient, special thanks to Gavin and Mark who removed and fitted our new windows and doors in a very short time, fantastic job and workmanship to the highest standard, would definitely recommend them and reasonably priced

Had new windows and external doors at the end of January. Was so impressed with Ashley and Josh - they were incredibly fast and did a fantastic job.

So impressed with the service from Sunshine I’ve booked them for a bathroom makeover next month.

Great company - would recommend them to everyone.

After having windows and door supplied and fitted which we we completely happy with we decided to go with them for our new kitchen. We had some considerable issues with building works and kitchen which we were nearly at the point of ripping out and starting again. However their chief fitting manager Chris persevered with us to persuade us he could put everything right to our satisfaction. With a little bit of trepidation and disbelief we agreed and we are so glad we did. Chris and he colleague Lee were excellent. Their workmanship, professionalism and dedication to get things right was amazing. We now have the kitchen we expected and hoped for having moved into an old bungalow which need a bit of refurb and TLC to make it fit for my self and husband with some disabilities. A massive thank you to Chris for his perseverance and we would definately recommend them. It is always a pity when things go wrong but it is good to know there are those who stick at it to put it right. Thank you again.

Morgan and his team are excellent. Really nice and polite which is the first thing I look for.

Their work is of outstanding quality and nothing is too much trouble for them. They even stayed longer than originally expected to make sure everything was perfect.

As you can imagine at this time of year the job got very messy. The boys cleaned up and left everything clean and tidy.

We couldn't be happier with the job they have done.

Not the lads fault, but there was a mix up with the front door. Morgan took it upon himself to sort this out with the office and this is going to be rectified.

Really very pleased with Morgan for doing this, and the company for the no hassle rectification.

Very easy from choosing doors to getting them fitted the process was effortless. Very friendly staff. Fitters Joel and Nigel were very efficient and friendly, fitted the doors and we are so happy with them! Would definitely recommend.

We had the pleasure of having Morgan and his team recently install 9 windows and 2 doors at our property and their level of workmanship, professionalism and general friendliness was admirable. We have 2 young daughters who were present during the fitting and I can’t put into words how grateful I am for how Morgan and his team were around them.

They’ve done an excellent job with the install and no stone was left unturned. Would highly recommend.

An amazing experience with Sunshine home improvements this week. Paul and Joel were straight into get the job done on the 21st January. They made the process seem less and were great comfy for the 3 days they were here. Very happy with the windows and doors and has already made a huge improvement to inside and outfit of our house.

Paul and Joel from Sunshine Home Improvements installed our new triple glazed windows and doors over the last 2 days. They were superb! Friendly and professional at the same time and they were very good with our 3 year old son too. The windows and doors are excellent and we can already feel a difference in the house with warmth and noise reduction. Work was carried out with minimal disruption and utmost efficiency. Highly recommend!

Ashley and Josh the fitters did a fantastic job from start to finish! They worked non stop and completed the job of 3 windows within 4hours.They left no mess whatsoever and were so polite and friendly.

3 sash windows installed yesterday, and they look fabulous.
The whole process was easy, and all the staff are friendly to speak to.
The guys doing the work put dust-sheets everywhere, worked efficiently, with as little impact on the rest of the house as possible, and swept up after themselves.
All in all, I’m happy.

I would like to say how impressed we were with Paul and Joel for doing such a professional job to high standards. They were punctual and efficient and cheerful and cared about their work, leaving our home with three nice windows and a draft-free, waterproof door.

Recently had 16 triple glazed windows, 3 external composite doors and double French patio doors with Sunshine January 2025.
Mostly satisfactory but not without issues.

Sales person was nice and answered our questions. Sales pitch regarding pricing was the usual tactics that we’ve come to expect with all Window companies during home quotes, they must all have the same handbook.
Made a few phone calls back and forth the boss to “knock the price down”.
Sunshine were advertised as offering NHS Blue Light discount which was nice and apparently worked out at roughly £200 off each window.
Were they the cheapest? Not by a mile, but I was happy that I was getting what I wanted so went ahead with the contract during that visit.
Windows and doors were arranged to be installed 2~ months after contract agreed due to Christmas and the job was mostly completed in 3 days.

The team who completed the install, lead by Morgan, were very friendly and overall I was happy with their work. No scaffolding was required as they completed the install from the inside of the house.
My only caveat is that they may want to work a little bit on their clean up skills once they’ve finished though as there was quite a bit of mess from dust/debris around window/door frames both inside and out and something red that had dried on a window handle that needed to be cleaned off.
The work men themselves were fab and would get a 4 star rating if this review was solely based on their performance and finished work, would have been 5 if they’d done a better job cleaning up at the end!

However this is where this review loses another star.
We’re awaiting some child restricters to be added on to 3 upstairs bedroom windows as whilst they were on the original point of sale contract, the surveyor who came to measure up left them off his report.
We’re also awaiting additional thumb turn locks to be added to the inside of all 3 external composite doors, at no additional cost, as they are Yale key locks but require keys to open on both sides due to having a pull bar instead of a handle, so bare this in mind for your own door choices as we were not made aware of not having keyless opening from the inside at point of sale, only advised how Yale locks worked with instant locking when door closed (we were already aware with our old door).
This for us as a family with young children is a safety hazard in the event of needing to escape urgently and weren’t happy or willing to leave them as is.
These additional works will take an additional 7-10 working days to complete due to needing to be ordered in and then installed.

I was also extremely disappointed by the final colour of the composite doors as I had chosen what was labelled as “Premium Pastel Blue” and was pictured on a door as a nice turquoise/vibrant sky blue but turned out to be more of a pale grey blue which is in fact closer to the “Premium Pigeon Blue” RAL colour option, which was still nice but not what I was expecting when I made my colour choice from the brochure pictured selections.
The door colour RAL code advertised matched the brochure and the paint can that was used to spray the trim to match so the correct code had been ordered.
When the boss came out the next week to inspect the issues, we agreed to disagree as to his eyes it matched on the block colour example pictured in the brochure and I couldn’t be bothered to argue as I just wanted my house back to normal after moving everything for the work access and didn’t want to have to wait even longer for the doors to be resprayed a different colour, most likely at extra cost if we would have needed to colour match a custom colour that I was actually wanting and just wanted the door and window locks sorted and be done with it.

Maybe the company should update the picture used of the “Premium Pastel Blue” Composite Six/Four door on page 25 for the composite door collection in the brochure to actually match a true life representation of the final colour as I wish I could add pictures to this review to show the difference…

By the end of it, I was left with the impression that he only cared about us signing the work off so the finance company would release the payment, rather than actually wanting the customer to be 100% happy with their decision to spend £27,000…
As per our conversation during his visit he said he’d send us an email confirming the above work still to complete and another email to sign off the work to release the finance to their company.
Upon receipt of said emails, my husband queried via email about not signing until all the work was finished and he instantly rang me to confirm that his prior email was a guarantee of the additional work to be completed within the next 7-10 days and the parts had been ordered once he’d gotten back to the office as discussed.
I felt pressured into complying quite honestly.

Let’s see how it turns out…
