Order never arrived
Placed an order on the 15th November we’re now 27th November and I haven’t received my order, 3 items ordered and there all missing, have contacted Superdry but have to leave it longer and contact them again after more days of waiting so no order and no refund yet or replacement

Excellent service
Excellent service. There was a very tall girl and a gentleman, assisting me to get my size. Both, I feel, went out of their way to look for the size I wanted. Customer care is so important, especially since I am not a native English but am very British and hold the notion that customers should be made welcome and a lovely smile goes a long way.
