Superdry FTW
I love Superdry-brand and clothes. I would send 5 start due to range of clothes, colours. Service was great from one person, but when I went other day the person barley spoke to me. I explained the coupon i had, the person asked another about it, didn´t say anything if it was legit and I needed to ask again. Barley spoke anything.
If you are in service, please speak up and make the customer at ease.
But this just a single event, otherwise everything is great!

⭐️SUNDAY STAFF MANCHESTER ARNDALE - 2ND TO NONE⭐️
Customer service was second to none! I think we integrated with three sales assistants whilst in store -
1st - asked us if we had the app so we could get some money off our shop - we were carrying a few items (we did already have the app - but the assistant advised us that if my husband got the app too we could make a saving!) 2nd - a new assistant checked to see if there was a pair of shorts available in the size required 3rd - who served us at the till offered us some great advice about shopping online (when new stock comes in…) as we had wanted to purchase some swimwear that was out of stock both in store and online at the time. Great experience - fantastic Sunday staff - Keep up the great service!

Shop attendants are trustworthy!
The shop attendants give me space to explore and tryout the clothing. They also were kind and their service are thoughtful.
Will be making a purchase in my next visit to a Superdry store.
