Superdry - Brighton Avaliações 

I recently bought some underwear. I decided to go for XL which was a mistake as they’re huge (they’re usually too small).. Anyway, in the box there were 2 medium sizes and one XL. Really annoying and a waste of time. Usually love the quality of Superdry though.

Was great all round

It was the worse visit I have ever encountered.

I feel like have been treated unprofessionally, made to feel like I am piece of dirt, intimidated by multiple staff including the manager in the Brighton branch.

What can of business are you running ? It's a joke. I hope that i never have to go there again. I'm disgusted on how you treat your customers. Even your head office customers services advised that they were doing things wrong and had to call the branch. I have lost so much money going to your store from poor customer service I have told everyone about it and they are shocked. Your are running a joke of a company. If you want a full wright up as an official complaint we need to arrange a meeting with a regional manager.

Was returning an item of clothing with receipt but the 28 day return policy had expired yet they still authorised return with credit and they could have said no.

The jeans I had seen on line were in stock. The staff in store were friendly and helpful.

It was super easy to exchange a part of my online order in the shop for a different size and it was delivered in two days. The lady in the shop was extremely helpful.

They charge me full price for an item that was on sale

The choices are great, lovely quality and on my recent visit to the Brighton store the staff were brilliant. Very patient and helpful.

It’s a good company! A little overpriced in todays online market!
However, one pays for security of quality! Unfortunately for me being a size 10 the 12 I ordered was just not as chunky as it looked and a little too short on body. I thought a 12 would be great actually.. it just comes up small. So I’ll have to return it sadly xx

As always I was delighted with the product I bought but I had a voucher to use and initially I was told that because the item was in the sale I couldn't use it. As it was a gift voucher the sales assistant realised their error and continued with the transaction but the scanner seemed to struggle with it. After scanning 4 or 5 times and another member of staff getting involved, we got there in the end. The member of staff commented that they don't get many people coming in with vouchers.

Collection made very easy.
