The customer service of a staff member in the Croydon branch was brilliant in rectifying the issue with my order. This is the main reason for a 5* rating!
Ordered my item for store collection. When I arrived to collect, it had been delivered to the wrong store! Miles away 😳. I left it in the member of staff’s hands. I received email updates: cancelling, reordering and before I knew it had arrived for collection. When I arrived, she remembered me and said it’s here! What more could I ask for. Thanks

The hat was lovely but too small
The hat was lovely but too small. It would have been perfect for my 14 year old granddaughter. You should do a larger size because I really liked it.
Customer service was great I think. (Haven't checked to see if I've received my refund.)

Good clothes but opening hours are wrong on website
Clothes are good quality and fit. Shop was not open until 5pm as it said on its website so had to go to collect the following day.
