I only take short visits since this is an airport store but easy to find what I'm looking for. Staff members always helpful and friendly making this a positive experience every time.

An impromptu visit exceeded my expectations.
An impromptu visit exceeded my expectations. Travelling through Gatwick Airport, I did not expect much but to my surprise, they had good sales and an item I had been looking for, for a very long time too (leather jacket perfecto style). They did not have my size at the airport but reassured me that they could deliver it and so they did. Brilliant customer service from the person at the till, not pushy and excellent communication skills too.

Popped in Gatwick airport North…
Popped in Gatwick airport North Terminal store and tried on the coat but didnt want to carry it, so staff helped me order it online. I have to say they were amazingly helpful, and the coat turned up when I got back. Delivery worked fine too and coat is great.

Disappointed
I ordered a green camo parka instead I received a black bomber jacket. So I’m returning it. My grandson picked it out specifically for Xmas.

Would not recommend
The parcel arrived on time. However, the fit of the underwear was not as shown and after a couple of hours wearing went very baggy making them uncomfortable to wear. Very disappointed in the purchase.
