Staff very helpful and friendly, store clean and laid out well. But music bless very loud, I like loud music but it was perhaps a bit too much on a Sunday.

Visited store to collect an online order, staff very friendly.

I made a mistake with my online order and decided it would be easier to visit the store rather than go through the lengthy Royal Mail return process. The two counter assistants were exemplary. They resolved the issue quickly and completely, and the outcome was perfect for me. They even generated additional sales, as I ended up buying more than I originally intended. A textbook example of understanding and delivering on customer needs. I only wish I had taken their names. Outstanding service.

The sales girls was lovely I was disappointed when the shop didn’t have the top in my size but she suggested I could order it with her and I could be delivered and I love the top it was actually a replacement for an old one I had a stain on.

I have placed an order, but the delivery is delayed and I have not received any notifications. It seems that no one is addressing the delay.

I also contacted Superdry chat support, and they mentioned their working hours are 10 to 5. However, I reached out at around 4 pm and still did not receive any response.

I got myself a new hooded sports puffer jacket the other day and love it! My last SuperDry was so good I decided to get another one. It's a lovely denim wash colour, very comfortable and warm. I have also bought some lovely knitwear and shirts over the last few years from SuperDry. The clothes, staff and service is all Superb! I use the Glasgow, Argyle Street store or sometimes buy online. Genuinely one of my favourite shops! 😀👌
