Poor customer service
I returned my coat I just brought recently because the metal tag had dropped off at the bottom of the zip, The guy who served me had no customer service skills and automatically did a online refund without asking what I wanted first which was an exchange he replied that I had said I wanted a refund I said no I’m returning, So he disappeared in back and brought a colleague out to explain that we can’t do an exchange now has the refund has been issued online and will go back on your account which was fair enough so she said she can order the coat for me to come to my address free delivery so my partner had to lend me the money until my refund came through.. I wasn’t happy with any of the customer service I received from the young girl and boy, definitely need some re-training in people skills.

Ligting in stores continues to be an issue. Overall the store looks good but it’s difficult to find good light to actually see how a garment looks when you are wearing it.

I bought a couple of sale items at the store in Leeds. They're Super dry so obviously good quality, dale prices and the customer service was excellent. I my 5 year old twins with me and the lady was very child friendly. So got all the things right.

The best quality ever
Despatched and arrived in store quickly! The coat was packaged very well, the coat itself is the best quality ever, feels very well made. I don’t feel the cold when I’m wearing the coat, it keeps me very warm! Absolutely love it.
