The staff were brilliant my size was not in stock in store, it was no bother to them to order my size and explained when it will be in store ( my choice) I will receive a text. Thank for the brilliant service

I always buy Superdry I love all their hoodies and have them in different colours, this time i bought the jacket so far it lovely.no issues and it has a 12 month warranty on the zip.

The lady in the White Rose shop in Leeds went out of her way to help me get the right jacket for me.First class service that is not always given n many other stores.

I went down to local store inquiring about an item online & they ordered it for home delivery, i would rate 5 stars but on an order of 3 items ordered just before had security tag still attached, which meant had to call at store to get it removed, also took few days more than the item ordered via store . but nevertheless the quality of product is very good.

The clothes are always presented in a great way. The staff don't bug you. Cashiers don't rush you and food your clothes. The quality of the clothes reflect the prices.
