Fantastic service from the lady assistant when returning a whole jumper which had not worn well after only a couple of uses.

Came away with a credit note for the full value.

The staff were super happy and helpful. Answered my questions with a smile.

I’m a regular customer who shops online frequently, and I’ve consistently been satisfied with both the products and the service. I’ve never had any issues when returning items. Five stars from me!

Very easy to browse in-store. Nice friendly staff and they don't continually bother you.

Staff always very helpful and polite, clothes are of very good quality hence why they are quite expensive. True to size and wash up lovely. Just wish superdry done more of there trousers and joggers in a short leg otherwise I can’t fault anything.

Went to the store to buy a coat for my daughter the store did not have her size so ordered on line in store received the wrong coat took it back 12 days ago still waiting on refund got the store to check if a different store had the coat in her size drove from Kent to London to collect and still wrong coat ended up driving to Essex to finally get the right coat online customer service was appalling some of the some of the in store was helpful like the young lady in lakeside but the rest seemed like they worked in a fast food place they did not give a S##t

Lady in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me pick out exactly the jacket I needed

The service i got in the shop where I bought my coat was good, staff were friendly.
The only thing we found a bit annoying was the loud music, it may have been they were trying to block the noise of the drilling that was going on above the shop, but it was very loud. We found ourselves having to shout to hear one another. The coat i did buy is good. Keeps me nice and warm in this cold weather we have had.

I purchased this jacket in 2 sizes for my granddaughter to try - one was ordered online and the other from your Maidstone store. The member of staff at your Maidstone store was extremely helpful, professional and friendly and and my granddaughter is very pleased with her new jacket. The quality and colour of the jacket are fantastic.
