The quality of the dress and how quickly it was dispatched

Staff were attentive and friendly which made for an enjoyable shop and I would look forward to going in again

We have purchase 4 hoodie sweatshirts now from Superdry, both male and female, as we find them to be very good quality : nice and thick, with a very soft fleece lining,
The service in store was friendly and helpful with receipts (gift) etc!

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the wait time in store for my order to be handed over to myself. Apart from that fantastic price & quality of the products ordered.

I brought a hoodie for my best friend the people at the Milton Keyes show was fabulous. They didn’t have it in stock at the store so arranged for it to be send to my work address. Cantthank me enough

The music was so loud it was deafening. The person behind the till didn’t turn it down when I said it was loud and only turned it down when I said that I couldn’t hear her. She then turned it back up when I was in the changing room.
I don’t mind a bit of music but this level has put me off buying anything more from you

I’ve made a number of purchases in the Milton Keynes Midsummer Place store of late and am always more than impressed by the staff here. Thank you to Nathan last Wednesday for looking after myself and my daughter so well. It is most appreciated.

I had just been into NEXT in MK1 with not such a great experience. I then drove to CMK with my son and the young man who served me was amazing. Super helpful and just really nice. Not sure if you can recognise him by the tran number 082373, store 00514 16.27pm on 29/01/24, but he deserves a raise. Wish all stores could be as helpful and as happy. Really impressed. We'll be back!

The chap that served me in store was very helpful and the coat came 5 days earlier than predicted - after just two days.

The product quality is good. However. the store assistant told me my item would be delivered the next day. 4 days later still not here. Customer service (no telephone help just online chat) then tells me that standard delivery is 2-4 days. Inconsistent, unprofessional and possibly dishonest.
